Some bad luck forced Eddie Lacy to miss the Senior Bowl and the Combine. If he falls to the 2nd round and Miami has two picks there, we'd be fools not to draft him. If not him then Florida running back Mike Gillislee could be a possibility. Stick with the SEC in running backs and you can't go wrong. Or go get someone from Kansas State again and we'll be in the same spot next next....

If we don't get something done quickly, then New England will low ball Welker (Welker made 9.5 millon last year, and Brady intentionally restructered his contract for Welker). Welker will walk if the deal is less than 8 million and and then New England will offer Hartline 6 million, and we Dolphins fans will get to see him catching passes from Tom Brady twice a year for the next 4-5 years. "49ers win the Super Bowl and after the game in a press conference a Queen song, we are the champions starts playing." How appropriate that Freddie Mercury should start singing from the grave if the 49ers win the Super Bowl

We'll in that case, Eddie Lacy would be available in the 2nd or 3rd. There's Thunder right there. Trade Thomas for some Lightning latter in the draft.

Maybe he made the girlfriend thing up to throw people off his trail. I mean has anyone considered that maybe he's gay. If that got out I think, it would drop his first round draft status. Unfortunently that's still the world we live in and teams would have to consider the money they would lose in taking a chance on the first openly gay NFL player. It was discussed on the radio up here in

Maybe the whole thing was a move by him or the Notre Dame PR folks to gain some sympathy in consideration for the Heisman trophy. I mean after watching the BCS Championship game it was obvious that their number one ranking was a hoax as well.

I think Philbin sticks with Delvin.....not a bad idea either. Delvin continues to get reps and he comes off the bench and wins games if necessary.
