I love that their demo for this product shows the Pats getting a dagger to their hearts. The quality of video is stunning for streaming. Plus it's ubiquitous access...I don't have to be home to re-live a particular past game. My only complaint is that the $20 only buys you access to the video for a few months (through 3/31/09). I would probably pay twice that or more for unlimited access

I don't know about 300 yards, as he only threw for 235 in an offensive shoot-out with the Chiefs. We ran for a lot of yards against the Chiefs, but R&R weren't anywhere near dominant. I think that's fairly representative of what has made us successful on offense and what needs to happen to Sunday - consistent 'good to great' QB play and keeping defenses on their toes by not counting on any

Here’s what I can’t understand – why is Pennington so much better with us this year than he was the previous 3 with the Jets? In 2002-2004, he had a string of better-than-decent seasons. 2005-2007, a three-year dip in his numbers relative to his first three and this season. Frankly, I was worried that we were getting the Pennington who was still accurate but averaged 6.? YPA and 1:1 TD/I

At the game I mentioned to my brother that I thought he might have dislocated his shoulder or popped his arm out of the socket. Thought his arm was just dangling at his side. After watching on tivo, it did appear that he was shaking it off as he headed to the sidelines.

1536. Ginn again
I called out Ginn in the Buffalo game for getting alligator arms going over the middle. He also has dropped many more balls than is usual for him. However, against KC he made a catch over the middle and hung on after a massive hit. The hit was so hard, it shook up the defender who was on the other side of the Ginn sandwich. I can't remember if he dropped any Sunday, but he definitely showed

I was there. 32 degrees with very little wind would have been like Hawaii compared to what it was. I wore 5 layers (ok, one layer was a mesh jersey) AND covered up with a king-size down comforter. I bought a sausage at halftime...took off one of my gloves to eat it...my hand was painfully cold within about two minutes - and that was with a hot sausage in hand <insert lewd 'sausage in hand'

I think they thought it was their only real chance at a win. They probably felt like something big would have to happen and somehow they'd have to jump out in front and force us to go away from the run/short pass game. Tyler Thigpen throws a nice ball, makes plays with his legs and makes decent decisions for the most part (interrupted occasionally by the head-scratchers). He looks like a QB

Anyone worried about Herm knowing Pennington's game too well?

Can there be a booth review in the last 2 min for a delay of game non-call? Either way, I'll comment. I have seen several times this season when the playclock has expired a split second before the snap, and I have not seen it called when it's that close (to my recollection). I guess we got lucky on this non-call, but there was a non-call in the 1st game when the jets should have been calle

I think FA is where to go if you want to get a proven WR who can contribute right away, which is a need for our team. I'm not sure I'm as high on TJ Houz... as others are, but I could see us taking good, long looks at the available FA WR talent ahead of just about every other position. I would also want to be very sure that any OL we swap in for Carey on the FA market is an upgrade. I happen

Cool cap numbers...but they're for 2008. Does anyone know of our 2009 projections including dead cap (which I thought was the most interesting part)?

I agree that we have played a relatively easier schedule this year. Both of the variable divisions have had down years. However, there are really only two opponents that are determined by a team's performance the previous year - 14 opponents are set no matter how a team performs. This is important because each of the teams in our division plays the same opponents for those 14 games (some head-

I don't know how many others this applies to, but I'm basically holding my breath. I want so badly for them to go 11-5 and have a January game. It's been so long since I have watched the playoffs with anything other than a desire for the Patriots to lose and/or be embarrassed. I haven't worn my Dolphins jersey to watch a game since we lost to Baltimore (convinced it was a jinx). I am becoming
