Montequi: The good safeties have instincts...They read plays quickly and are able to make plays on the ball... 1-2 seconds in a football play is 3-5 yards... Analyzing Culver and even Amaya....they both have better instincts that Clemons... Jeremia Bell is a top 5 safety in this league because he has a nose for the ball... It wouldn't hurt us to try Culver at starter with Bell....

True... But compare him to Amaya, who had a diving interception...(great play!) Not an interception that just floated into his hands...he actually dove for it... From what I read, Amaya has been making those plays consistantly throughout camp.... And Hobbs who can play safety and corner, and who had a good game as well.. I think Hobbs and Amaya have the edge... just my 2 cents..
