I could be wrong and I don't remember the exact words. Didn't one of the OC's say they have to play offense according to what the Defense shows them? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Force the D to play the way you want to play?

I agree with Colonel. When it's always up to one part of a team, in this case defense, to win the game they get too exhausted mentally & physically. They can't carry a team all season.

How about looking at the 2 OC's, find out which one OK'ed that screen and show that one the door.

I don't know if it's Grier who is the heart of the problem or Ross himself. I mean it's his team, the final say is his.

I like tsstamper's "pass rush/pass defense were symbiotically related" statement. How much did Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor benefit off of Madison & Surtain and vice versa?

I only watched it the 1st day but it got so boring to see PICK IS IN just sit in the corner for 2 or 3 minutes while had to hear how the last selection is a volunteer banjo stringer for a blind man.

This board seems to be against (or not totally for) Tua at 5. I was looking a Reddit's Dolphins board and I think they'll have a stroke if Miami doesn't pick him. At this point, my choice is Just Don't Blow It.

"go lose hard" - not my best work. What I mean is I'd rather see BB have a horribly bad embarassing future in football, then TB. Or to paraphrase samsam, I hope everyone but Miami sucks.

Between Belichick & Brady I'd much rather see Belichick go lose hard.

Miami has lots of picks this year and next. Would it be a completely terrible, unrecoverable, mistake if they chose not to draft a QB this year and wait until 21? This year they could concentrate on: Build an O-line that could keep the new QB alive and help the running game. Give them a year to come together as a unit. Build a defense that teams worry about and can stay healthy. Other p

I would not have any issue to trade down for more picks. However, if by some miracle, Burrows or Young are still available at 5 I would stay at 5 & pick. If by some super miracle they both were available at 5, I would trade the Steelers & Texans 1st round picks with whoever has 6 and take them both. This is under the condition if they are as good as people feel they are now. I do rea

Yes it cost us draft spots but I think it shows the future free agents out there that Miami might be a good place to go. It showed that even with nothing Flores did what he could to win and Miami wants to be a winner. Now.
