Whoa Beevis and Butthead, you 2 wanna show me one entry where I've ever given my own scouting report on Tannehill, or even said he's gonna be good. I'm gonna let you guys in on a little secret, I've never even seen the kid throw one single pass. My wanting them to draft him is based 75% on if Sherman wants him, and 25% on the reports I've read, from the guys that I trust more then others; Brandt, Cosell, Mayock etc. And its not sure that Sherman wants him, if they pass on him, that's all I need to know.
Crowder, we all know Chyren is an ex Black Panther that smoked too much ditch weed down in West Lafayette back in the 60s, you buying his "half baked" theory that the talking heads are just pumping up Tannehill for some unknown reason?

lol, DOlph, I think Tannehill is good, but he is very raw, has a long way to develop... Last year he played well against teams that were not that good and he had bad games against most of the tough competition teams. If he has problems against the good teams in his college conference, that doesnt bode well for his success against the tougher talent in the pro's.
He was 7-6 as a starter last year, and in 5 of those games he lost, he had a signifigant lead and lost those games...
I want a guy, that knows how to win, not how to lose.... Maybe he lost the games where he had leads because of inexperience or lack of development, or maybe he doesnt have the "it factor", that champions have...
The way you lose games with leads, is if you fail to score or keep up as an offense. I just dont want this to be our first Qb picked in the 1st rd in 25 years... I want a winner
well to be fair, A and O, Mallett fell to the 3d and Tannehill hasn't been drafted yet. If Miami reached for mallett in the 1st and Tannheill drops to the second, would that mean that mallett is now better than Tannehill?
blain gabbert went in the 1st and Andy Dalton the second--but Dalton seems much better than gabbert (who people on here would've killed to have)
To be honest, I'm done with this Tannehill discussion and won't speak oh him anymore.
We will find out in 1 month what the future holds and whether Tannehill is in those plans or not.
Until the #8 pick is announced, I won't speak of him.
People who don't even watch college football, are willin to go out on a limb and say an elite QB prospect is a bust, yet they are still in love with a guy who can't beat out Brian Hoyer.
bottom line is it is great we didn't draft mallett, bc he'd be a wasted pick since he doesn't fit what philbin wants to do, he'd be gone in a year any, like John Beck
