most senior member picks 1st. Newest guy picks last.....something like that

Or we can do a auction draft, where everyone goes at the same time, and makes bids on players! Highest bidder wins that player, with a salary cap, you can put at 100k!

I've done, and do both now, and from experiance, the auctions style, is harder, and funner, because alot more stratagy is envolved, rather than just "its your turn pick", and it doesnt screw the middle guys over, because the fist, and last picks, have back to back picks, when they flip flop, from rounds.

Not an fan of auctions either. Plus they take forever and in a 14 team online league it would go on for hours.

Just do what you feel is fair.

If enough people are "cool" with me using that randomizer site Berkeley posted above, I will insert all 14 teams click randomize and set the draft order through that and I will put in the order manually so we all know ahead of time where we pick, I will do it that way.

In my experience you can win a league drafting anywhere, I'm not one of those guys who thinks if you pick 1 or 2 you have some huge advantage. Or if you pick 11th, 12th, or 14th your season is over before it starts. There are advantages and disadvantages to picking anywhere.

So if I can get some more feedback from some of you guys playing if that is cool to do that, I will. If not, then we will just let ESPN do it an hour before the draft. I'm fine either way so it makes no difference to me.

in a 10 team league most years unless you get the #1 or #2 pick it is better to get the 9th or 10th pick since picks 9/12 or 10/11 are better than anything you could get at 4 or 5 and your second. I've never done a league this big before, so it could be different. But in my experience leagues are won with who you pick in the mid to late rounds, and who you get off waivers early on.
Anyway, since it's all random no one has grounds to complain.

Im down for anything, yeah there is some bennefits on a few spots, but again, it all comes down too, how you draft.

Everyone post their thoughts on scoring and stuff like that. Want a flex? no flex? How many WR's to start? 4pts per passing TD or 6pt? Stuff like that.

Obviously EVERYONE won't be happy with what the scoring will be. But I will try and please as many as possible.

the site doesn't let you upload an image you've saved, only ones that are on the web (as far as I can tell). I think I just found one I liked on the web and cut and pasted the web address where it tells you.

No IDP's would be my vote, everything else i'm cool with

agree. We are doing TEAM Defense/ST. We aren't drafting individual players on defense.

Yes, now I suggest we do offense's as well its fun!!!! Because if you have a bad offense lol it will hender you, and a good offense gives you the edge.
