Boston local website says that Brady will not enter the broadcast booth until 2024. Obviously he is leaving the door open for One More Season. Make it the Raiders, Tom. Or he is going to get a 12-month degree in Broadcasting. I can't see him being any good at commentary, but we'll see.

I watched the episode, and of course...I enjoyed it. Then again I'm a sucker for pretty much anything that involves the 1972 season. Did I learn anything new? A little bit, there were some new interviews interspersed with archival footage. Jane Chastain, the original female sportscaster (for real) was interviewed. That brought back memories. I remember seeing her on Miami's Channel 4. As a

To old timers and relative young-uns alike: I have recently learned that ESPN is going to air on Sunday the 5th, an episode of their E60 series (which I admittedly never watch) that commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 1972 undefeated season (or what I like to refer to as: "The Only Thing We Have Left as Dolphins Fans". The name of the episode is "Perfect Machine."

"Tom Brady retires again having lost to the Dolphins more than any other team " ^ USA Today headline. Now THAT'S a Tom Brady headline I can support.

His announcement that he retired...again...is yet another reason you might be right TCPF. Unfortunately.

According to ESPN, CBS, Miami Herald, USA Today (those are just from the Newswire feed from this site---there are many others), the Dolphins are said to NOT be pursuing Brady. You know what that means? IT'LL PROBABLY HAPPEN. Good Lord.

Yes, barely.....about 52.9% yes....that was also our winning percentage. yes, because we had a winning record with a new head coach, despite the multiple injuries to multiple QBs. Yes, because we ended the regular season with some momentum, beating the Jets and coming close to beating the Bills in round one of the playoffs. We have a long way to go, but I think we exceeded expectations.

219. Re: Tua
We're still talking about Brady? Sure, why not--it's the offseason. I'll keep it simple: NO. He's a selfish, bratty, overpaid, walking turd.

I normally would rather lose in a stinker than almost-win. But this game was an exception. We ended the season showing some potential. No idea what's going to happen in the offseason, but I will be paying more attention than I usually do (to personnel moves...but I still won't watch the draft...booorrrring lol )

....rumor is that Damar Hamlin will jog out of the tunnel with the team tomorrow when the Bills take the field prior to the start of the game. Expect the crowd to go nuts, the Bills to play their best to win the game for him. And here we are with our third string QB, not to mention the numerous other injuries. Oh well, Go Phins anyway.

By the way, I was as frustrated as anyone with our offense today, but since we won the game I realized there were a few positives. We actually ran the ball a little bit. Although Mostert ended up getting injured which sucked. Skylar may have not lit things up but he DID NOT THROW AN INTERCEPTION. That turned out to be huge. No lost fumbles I don’t think? The snap that whizzed past

So this is the second phins game I can recall where the final play was the dolphins scoring a safety. The other was the Cincy game a few years back when we actually won the game as the result of a safety at the end—that was on a Halloween. I also seem to recall a game (hey old timers—help me out here!) where we TOOK a safety at the end of the game. Meaning we gave up the two points to ru

Solar Plexus! Now that’s some an old school terminology. !! I wasn’t trying to pretend to be able to speak Latin. Supposedly that was the name of the medical condition. I’m just ecstatic that Damar is getting better.

It was likely one of those freak things where someone gets hit right in front of the heart, and the shock of the collision stops the heart from beating. Unfortunately it has happened to a hockey player or two in the North--I remember hearing about it in the news a couple years ago where a kid got hit in the sternum by a hockey puck and his heart stopped. My biggest concern now for Hamlin is th

I am writing this post as the Bengals/Bills game is being suspended due to an injury that is so severe that they administered CPR to the guy. Just earlier today we are discussing concussions, which is obviously a very serious type of injury. But to see CPR administered on a field is an entirely different level,. Hopefully by the time anyone reads this we will hear that that Hamlin is okay.

I don't know what the answer is either re preventing injuries. I loved the glory days of the 1970s but did not love seeing what happened to guys like Kiick and Buoniconti later in their lives. It's a tough call. When I was younger I never watched college football much. And neither did anyone else in Miami, apparently (you could go bowling down the aisles and rows of the Orange Bowl when the

I feel like crap as a fan today. Perhaps we all do. But I'm not quitting the Dolphins, no matter what. Many thousands have (just look at how our stadium is full of the other team's fans every home game), but not me. They were a part of my childhood that no number of stinky seasons can ever reverse. No matter how had they seem to be trying.

How to win in today's NFL: Hit the qb as hard as you can. He will exit the game for concussion protocol, or be otherwise injured. No matter if it's a roughing the passer call--the penalty is a small price to pay to get the opponent's QB off the field. By the way, I never saw the preseason games (not televised up here) so I never got to witness what the hype was about regarding Skylar. A

Absolute Horsesh!t officiating in favor of the patriots once again. Tyreek Hill catches a pass on the sideline. Official review reveals he had one foot out of bounds. On the patriots next possession, their receiver does the exact same thing. It took our red flag to get it reviewed, it was obvious that the second foot was way out of bounds. But since it's the Patriots, review goes in their f
