Gasp. Some folks on tyhis board, although not saying it directly, think that RT is worse than Ryan Leaf. RT is still a rookie, guys, and I do have eyes; I can see what the other rookie QBs have been doing. Different teams, different situations. And has been said, ad nauseum, RT didn't have that much experience as a college QB. He's basically learning on the job, and IMO, doing pretty wel

I think it impossible that Mia would franchise Long and have to pay the $15M. I don't think they just allow him to walk, either. Hopefully, he is smart enough to realize that he isn't the player he once was and that no team is going to pay him the big bucks, anymore. He is still a decent player and has often been said, LTs are hard to find. I think he will sign a cap-friendly deal and r

Right now, after the result of the Colts' game, I would bring in every DB that is available and see where that goes. In all honesty, it isn't all the DBs fault -- the front seven has to get some pressure on the opposing QB to make the DB's life a little easier, but saying that, there were way too many open receivers. Miami needs immediate help in the backfield, especially with Marshall now go

I am pleased that Miami got RT, but Luck is the real deal, there's no getting around it. Sure, Luck threw 3 potential picks, but since Miami didn't get them, it never happened. But, converting 13 of 19 3rd down conversions? Give me a break! The guy can see the whole field and can move away from pass rushers, ala Marino. He has a strong arm, and he pretty much has pinpoint passing. RT?

We must all remember that King picked Miami to go to the Super Bowl while Saban was coaching a few years back. How did that turn out?

Are these guys high round talent? If they are, Miami will not get them -- they have greater needs elsewhere and that's where their top two rounds of picks will be. First round will be best player available. Second round will (probably) be WR and DB. If there is a top-notch LB there, then substitute one of those picks for that LB.
