I agree that our first rounder should be a defensive Player with Star potential. We have the Nucleus to be one of the Top Defenses in the NFL. Along with a solid Offense we would be a Force to be reckon with.

We have taken both of the Saints Star RB's and it didn't get us anywhere. Let them have the 4th stringer........Go Jets!

We got our QB so I won't be as passionate about our #1 this year. I'd like to see it go defense though. Our defense needs a Top Talent Player to go with Wake and Jones. Pick best available after that.

Ouch Exactly , And they were good players. But we need to learn from our mistakes

Here is my take........Jeff Long was a stud among studs. He was voted by his peers as the best at his position. Guy made the ProBowl every year since his Rookie year. Yet.......How many times Over and Over did you hear the same old argument on why did we draft him #1 overall? He was certainly worthy of the pick. But value wise he only lasted 5-6 yrs. Now people want us to move up in the draft an

I agree. Our Punter , Brandon Fields , is one of the best in the league. Guy consistently put us in great Field position . But Carpenter? I'm always on the edge of my seat 40+ yds out. He either takes a pay cut or get some young blood in. We have the picks later on.

Hopefully Kicker is no longer a Top position for the Dolphins. Ole Tony seemed to crave 3 pointers more then 6. But its important to have an accurate Kicker at times. But I agree, not at close to $3million. You have every down players not making that kind of bank. Time for Carpenter to get a haircut.

9315. Re: NFL AM
Yep.......some of these outlets need Tampons. Dancing with the stars? Seriously? I think that's what soured Bill Parcells on JT. He did not dig that he went on that show in the off season instead of training with the Team. I bet that morning show endorses the new logo..........

OT is a position we need if we want Tanny to improve. I wouldn't say they don't have confidence in Martin, but depth a the position sure couldn't hurt as well as the competition.

More Picks , betters our chances of drafting starters and playmakers. Jimmy Johnson words of wisdom. Arguably the best at drafting . He's picked more HOF players in the span of 20 yrs then anyone I know.

Pssssst. Don't believe everything you hear........some of its not true. Especially on NFL radio during the off season and no one has been arrested lately.

I wouldn't want Revis just for the way he handled is past contracts. He would make a deal and then sit out for more. The guy is NOT a Team player. On top of that he is damaged goods. If I was the Jets I'd grab whatever I could get and run. Start over. A #13 overall 1st rounder is a really good start. Dumb asses.

No one is saying he doesn't need to improve. Tanny certainly does. But for a guy with such little experience , expected to ride the Pine holding a clip board.........He did amazingly well. He showcased "natural abilities" that you just can't teach . When all is said an done, he proved himself worthy to everyone , including Irlend, that he was worthy of that high pick in the draft an

I guess he gets a crew cut and they dye it blonde? I didn't even know Joe could act. Must be a low budget film or they would have cast Channing Tatum for the role.

What goes up eventually has to come down. The Pats have been up longer then any Team in the NFL. Hopefully they will crash and burn. We had a glimpse into how the Pats react when they lose at the end of their playoff run last season. This might be more fun then watching the Jets crash and burn last season.
