Sorry if I sound so negative. Its just that if I had a car that kept breaking down Id expect my mechanic to fix the issue. I wouldn't keep handing him money for a job that's not completed. That's just common sense......Something I don't think ROSS has. Its like hes never shut off being a boss.......hes never cared to read what the fans think. I don't think he cares and it shows. If they had a

They cant motivate them. Giving them more $$$ just feeds thier egos further. Money dont motivate. Read any book on the Perfect team. They were unstoppable thanks to great coaching and a true leader of men who almost became a priest. We are not surrounded by leaders of men. Just Rich ego driven aholes.

ROSS is a penis. Makes sense hes made his money ruining neighborhoods building strip malls. All he knows how to do is throw more money after things to try and fix them.buy more land , More concrete. More brick. He doesnt know shit about leading men. And either does MCD. Disgraceful.

All excellent points and completely understandable. Yeah the Eagle fans are flexing around here. But as I close my eyes and cringe I just remember how much worse it would be if the Bills won out.......

I take it back. McD and Greer are big issues......but the biggest is Ross himself because he doesnt see it. Just once id like to see him walk in a locker room and kick over a gatorade drink thingy......overturn a bunch of cups and tell them no more prime rib thursdays! Your getting McDonald's......he just asks his accountant how they did and charges 19.00 for a beer.......

Funny. First thing I thought of when reading this....WTF would he want to work in Oakland? Armpit of the world......then I remembered he will now be working in the city that makes up the betting odds......I dont see any chance for corruption........

Miami started last season in the Top 5 power rankings. We Walloped The Broncos 71 to 8. This season We lost a few starters on defense but The ones we got steped up. Yet here we are out on our asses at #17 for over all power rankings. The Broncos are in after suffering through the cap hit on Russell. Miami has talent. We need improvement in many areas of course .....Oline especially.......

He quit on Sunday! Tyreek left in the 4th qtr and refused to finish out the game. This is a HUGE issue because McD has no control over the team. They like him but dont respect him. And the more you throw cash at them the less they will do. There is no motivation. Say what you want.. . Wilkins had " no quit" tattooed on his forehead. Calasis Campbell as well. We are stuck with his and ma

All valid and just shows that much more the dysfunction on this team starts at the Top down. Buckle up extentions or not even the well paid are crying to leave. Until we get a new owner nothing .....absolutely nothing will change.

ROSS: As the owner of this team, I am ultimately accountable for our successes and failures,” he continued. “We fell short of our expectations this season, and I understand and share in the frustration in our performance on the field. “As we now look towards 2025, our football operation will continue to be led by Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel with my full support. Long drive with my son we both agreed its best they went down in flames. A win in NJ is meaningless. I hate seeing the Jet fans happy if even just for a day.....but Ross is an idiot and unless he gets the message between his boney eyes he wont get it.

#1 Fire Grier. #2 replace McDaniels. Players wont even want to come here unless they are broke down looking for an easy ride and paycheck. No one wanting to win will come near Miami. Let new Coach figure out the TUA debacle. Hes a good solid starter. Do we have enough money to spend on getting him elite protection?dont think its possible to waive him. So how do we help him help us...

SIGH. Going out just like we came in. 2024 needs to go away. This isnt Huntley s fault either. Getting out coached today. 4th and goal twice......and we settled for a FG. TWICE.

Van Ginkel was good. But our defense is still above average and has played well. Ginkel wouldn't have made much of a difference however we had him for 5 years. Could have traded him for a draft pick of a better Olineman. Protecting TUA should have been a priority after giving him the Farm. And hes hurt again anyway regardless. Chop Robinson is a great pick up. Will we be able to resign him!? That

I can certainly blame him. Seems like everyone is concerned about themselves and never the team. With agents like Drew Rousenhaus this game is just getting less and less appealing.

Lets see......4th and 1.You have a 230 pd QB with wheels......QB sneak!? Nope. Lets flip it back and try a RB. That shit needs to stop. Thankfully I was really wrong on my score prediction this week!I think we need the Broncos to lose next week and a win over NY and we are.........
