I am saying Mason Rudolph at 11 is asinine. I thought I saw that suggested on this thread. At 11 we need BPA and as we have many needs the 5th best QB ain't that. Hopefully we get one of the LB smith or Edmonds or the Ala DB falls to us or even less likely the ND guard. UNless a top 4 QB falls to us than no one else on offense worth taking at 11. I hope we don't end up taking a space eating DB to

no way one of the top 4 QBs is on the board past pick 6. Would be beyond dumb to trade up for one and I doubt we will. I don't want another space eating DT at 11 (Vae) since that would just be constantly bailing holes on the roster we keep creating (replacing Suh). I've seen some mock drafts where even with all the QBs going both the top LBs (smith and edmunds) are gone. That would be worst case

man we overpaid for that KC receiver. And Amendola is old and always hurt. Guaranteed if we just waited a bit we could have gotten just as good players for less. I don't like the idea of taking the Landry money and just giving it to 2 lesser WRs. Would rather roll with what we got, drafted one, and signed a lower priced vet. Typical poor FO moves.

typical dolphins move. overpay for a guy based on potential, in this case a good final few games which are more likely than not an outlier based on his prior mediocre performance. then when he reverts to his more usual performance the team wonders why

Please show me any slot receiver who ever got a 1st round pick in return. Or any WR for that matter (only one

I doubt the reliability of your source, but frankly this team isn't built to go anywhere so i would be in favor of a complete gut job, get a high draft pick and go from there. provided of course we dump tannenbaum before next year so he gets no say on the replacements.

just because we've given out horrible contracts in the past doesn't mean we need to give out another one. Time to start clearing the decks and rebuild

actually the Browns have a MUCH brighter future than us. I would trade rosters, cap space, and draft picks with them in a second.

jesus the level of whining over a slot receiver who averaged less than 9 yards a catch is astounding. Is he a good player? Yes. Is he worth $15mm per year? No, and in the NFL that's the analysis. Getting anything even a 4th rounder is better than just letting him leave and get overpaid elsewhere for no compensation. And no we would not have gotten better than the very high 4th rounder we received

anything we got for landry is a bonus. no way we should be paying a WR who averages less than 9 yards a catch like he was Antonio Brown. I am fine with the draft pick, a high 4th was best I think we could have hoped for. Our offense was like 30th with him, is he really a difference maker???

we tagged him so the team has no standing to be pissed he signed it. the word was he would sign the tag to facilitate a trade. he can't be traded otherwise. if he is not traded then of course he will take 16mm instead of nothing but he wants a long term deal and the team doesn't want to give it to him. He is not worth what he wants but if some team will give it to him them you can't begrudge him

he will be a DE for us. We now have him Branch Wake at DE plus Suh, a TON of money for a DL on a team that was 31 in the nfl in D. Still no LBs. Seems like the kind of move we always make, trade picks for players on the downslope of their careers who are on contracts they signed when they were way productive. Paying for past production IMO. Hope I am wrong I think this team needs a strip it dow

no team is giving a first round pick for landry. frankly I think we are hoping he will agree to be traded somewhere and we get like a 4th. pitiful
