I know I'm still kinda new to this football thing (having watched it for only 33 years), but doesn't the HC usually pick his OC and other coaches? Once the Dolphins decide who the HC is, the HC will fill out his staff. he might keep some of the old coaches (Nolan),but most will be personal choices of the HC.

I'll bet we see anywhere from 5 to 15 Wildcat plays on Thursday. The how many will depend on score, and if Thigpen has a good grasp on the offensive gameplan. Hopefully, no matter how many Wildcat plays are used, Thigpen still has a good game vs the Bears. Cutler should struggle if Harris and #20 line up for a decent amount of plays.
