I know alot of you criticize Marshall and some even want him off the team. The fact is he's the most talented player on this roster and the majority of people outside of this discussion board would agree. I don't care how many drops he has. What other skill position player do we have on offense who has been to a pro bowl? He's the one player that defenses key on week after week. I think he's done

PF2, I agree that it takes an elite QB to take a franchise to the next level. And I also agree that Andrew Luck will be an elite NFL QB. The one thing I think you are taking for granted is to assume that this front office would select Luck. They have overlooked the QB position since day 1. Hopefully a different front office will be in by place by next April though. Also interesting to note why

"This stinks," receiver Brandon Marshall said. "We're trying to get things going in our stadium and our community, and you have to win at home to do that. It's frustrating. It's embarrassing." Tony Sparano- "It's baffling to me. I don't have any answers." That quote from Sparano sums it up. He really doesn't have any answers. At least Brandon Marshall has some

Completely agree. Think about what the future of our team would be like if we would have drafted Matt Ryan...Talented young QB who is a leader. Pair him with Brandon Marshall...Young and upcoming defense...

Honestly it just depends on who else we target once we can sign free agents. We clearly need more speed on offense and I really hope we're able to get Reggie or DeAngelo Williams.

I would absolutely love to see it. The guy is a threat to score every time he touches the ball and can impact a game in so many different ways. Also, I think he will be more motivated than ever this season.

Trade away our best player on offense? Glad you're not a GM. Then again you were a huge fan of Chad Henne and also John Beck. That puts things into perspective.

It seems that most people on here are finally in agreement that Chad Henne is not capable of taking this team where it needs to go. With that being said, I would be fine drafting either Gabbert, Mallett, Newton, or Locker. Personally I think any of those mentioned would be an upgrade over Henne. My question to you guys is what if we don't address the QB position either via the draft or free a

In person I think its a little easier to see the entire field and I saw Luck throw into several tight windows last night.

Sorry to disagree with you but Vick's elusiveness in college was unlike anything I have ever seen. But yes Tyrod is more accurate at this stage

And as for Luck, I watched that display in person last night and his quick decision making and accuracy on the run make him pretty special.

Chyren, I watched both Vick and Taylor in person throughout their entire college careers and to put Tyrod ahead of Vick is simply false. Not even close. In 99 , Michael took a much less talented team all the way to the national championship game and came within one quarter of winning it all.

Aqua funny you mention Druckenmiller. Guy was strong as an ox. Could not comprehend a playbook. And could be found downtown probably 6 nights a week.

Quite honestly, I'm not sure what to think of Michael at this point. As a Hokie, I cheered loudly for the guy and enjoyed every second he was at Virginia Tech. I also had the opportunity to interact with him several times while he was a student. My uncle has worked in the athletic department at Tech for twenty plus years, and is a former teammate and still good friend of Coach Beamer, which gives

Great post phinsfan. Completely agree with you. In todays NFL, having an elite QB means your team is always relevant and contending for a title. The truly elite QBs raise the play of everyone around them. What Philip Rivers is doing with injuries and backups all around him is nothing short of phenomenal.

Phinsfan, if Nolan were head coach I would like to see him keep responsibilities on defense much like Sean Payton calling offensive plays in New Orleans.
