Truth, That was on 2nd down... It was not the hail Mary... If you DVr'd the game..Erik Williams blatantly two hands Hartline prior to the ball getting to him... That was an obvious pass interference... Just terrible.. That was a game changing non call. Stevie

I know it's sad to bring this up.. I was at the game...and line judge #116 is absolutely blind. That pass to Hartline at the end was a "blatant" pass interference call.. The no call by line judge #116 is frankly puzzling. The defender never turned and hit Hartline before the ball got to him... Obvious pass interference. Ball would of been placed at the 28 yard line. Field goal...and ga

I agree with all points... Except for the decision to pass on 2nd and 8 .... The right call was to pass... Too much time was left on the clock. They would of stuffed the run... Although clabo got beat...tanny has to hold onto the ball...and not turn it over in that situation. I am more pissed at the fact that tannehill is turning the ball over way too often..and at critical points in the

Chyren, I hope you are not referring to me. I heard Omar on the air myself last week. He said that the Dolphins don't have a chance this week against the Falcons. He said the Dolphins are no better than an 8-8 team, and they will NOT make the playoffs. Funny thing is, that the reason we won aside from the special team turnover, is RYAN TANNEHILL. Omar Kelly is an absolute idiot for thin

I've said it all along.... Keeping Bess and Gibson would of made us even more dangerous than we are now... Bess was a cheap option to make our team deeper and more dangerous offensively. Bess is proving the point I was making way before the season even started!

Seldom do I take the time to write about a journalist that is simply a "waste of time" I was listening to WQAM yesterday (Channing Crowder show), and they had Omar Kelly on the air talking about our dolphins. This guy is supposed to be a home town dolphins beat writer ,,,covering the team, and providing meaningful insight. Of all times to come down hard on our team,,,this is not th

Truth, Mighty brave of you to say Bess sucks! I hope that statement doesn't come back to bite us .... Trading Bess was a dumb move... As I kept preaching....Bess would have been a huge insurance chip to have right now... Just my humble opinion! Stevie

I love the kid! That ball thrown to him on the pick 6 ...was the qbs fault. He will make us forget about Bess...absolutely love him!

I've let him go....just saying we need someone to replace him with a gritty scrappy receiver. Hoping they sign one of them...

Toko, Actually, bess's targets went up in 2012. He had 104. Bottom line is Bess was our second best receiver last year.... There is no reason to think he would be worse than Gibson...frankly that is a toss up. Bess is a blue collar hard working receiver... Dependable ...he gets the job done...frankly a fantastic football player. AND....he is DURABLE!missing only 3 games in 5 seasons! Any

The truth, toko and camaron, Sorry, I respectfully disagree with all 3 of you. 3 mill is not 2nd receiver money... It is 3rd receiver money.. AND we certainly could use the depth...never too many good receivers.. Toko... Your stats say it all...I am looking at the number of receptions Bess had... He certainly did not drop many passes... Most of the incompleted targets were errant pas

With binns out of the picture...now you see why keeping Bess would have been key! Not to worry...there are at least 4 free agent receivers out there that can be signed. In order I would choose one of these three. At this point they can be signed for a fairly cheap price. 1) Brandon Lloyd 2) Steve Breaston 2) Austin collie 3) Laurent Robinson This all could have been avoided if Be

Truth, You r completely missing my single most important point...I am not against having Gibson...I am very happy to have him... I was simply against letting Bess go... Who the hell cares if Bess plays only 5 snaps a game... ALso, don't forget he contributes on special teams as well... I think philbin let him go because when it came down to judging play on the field and setting up th

The truth, I respectfully disagree with you. So what you are saying is that the patriots having welker on the field in the slot 95% of the time made them predictable...but yet no one in the league could stop him... Bess put up his best numbers last year, even though he was "predictable" I agree that in theory, Bess would be much less used this year...BUT....if one key inju

The truth, Bottom line is they took a "proven" commodity in Bess as slot...and got rid of him for someone who is relatively the same price as Bess. My point was...I am not disagreeing with adding Gibson... If it were me I would of kept Bess for this last season and have him be the #4 or #3.... Makes no sense to make Matthews the number 3 if Bess is better than him... Bess was

I mentioned that trading away Bess for absolutely nothing was a TERRIBLE move. Most of you agreed except for a few Ireland lovers.... Well,,,,first indications from OTAs show that we are going to struggle finding a true slot receiver...it ain't so easy finding a gem like Bess ...you all took him for granted! Including you ..."dolphinmark". Let's see how it all plays out...but I ha

Agree 100% The move makes absolutely no sense what so ever! Ireland gets an A+'for the offseason moves... But an absolute F ..for dumping Bess. Slot, clutch receives like Bess don't grow on trees! We are gonna regret the move.

The one thing I will miss about Bess is the 3rd down conversion efficiency....hopefully Gibson can mimic what Bess brought to the table.

We are 23 million under the cap on june 1. Money is not the issue. It will be interesting to see which tackles get released on June 1st. The selection to choose from may increase.

I feel we are heading for big protection issues with offensive line... Martin was very weak in pass protection last season... We need to sign Winston to add depth....

Really...I beg to differ that we got a kicker who may not even make the team! Trading Bess away was purely stupid!

Stop dreaming about Albert. That avenue is "dead"....he is signed .... We had enough $$$ to keep Bess...2,6 mill extra is not gonna break the bank.. Bess has some chemistry with tanny...that was worth something...

Dude, It's called "DEPTH"... 2.6 mill for insurance and some production is well worth it... How do we feel if Gibson tears his acl in training camp? Would've been nice to have Bess around... Was absolutely silly do trade him for nothing!!!

Dion sims is a tight end. And Gibson is not a slot receiver... Neither is Richard Matthews....we now have a hole... Point is...Bess was a cheap option for slot, punt returns...and depth at wide receiver in case of injury... Absolutely terrible move by ireland...he actually impressed me this offseason...except blew it by trading Bess for nothing!!! He did the same thing last season by

Why? Makes absolutely no sense.... We had 4 awesome options...now down to 3.....who is gonna play slot? If they had drafted Swope...I would've understood the move... Good draft...but very puzzling to trade away a good receiver that would've given us very good depth. Ireland you blew it with this move!
