Antonio Bryant has the potential to be an absolute monster. I'd love to see us grab him.
My only concern with our current receivers is that Pennington makes them all look better than they are. If Henne takes over anytime soon, he doesn't have a stud to help him develop. Fresh QBs always love to have that big body to throw to, and aside from London, we don't really have that.

I have also wondered why Roth is playing OLB. His body structure seems much more suited for ILB. He looks awkward in pass coverage, but I imagine he could be a beast plugging those holes up the middle to stop the run.

Its obvious now that I shouldn't have mentioned Obama in my original post, for this is the bane of religion and politics.
I can only imagine that most of the football loving population refuses to be separated from their gun collection. My mistake.

From my understanding of the situation, Huizenga was planning on maintaining majority ownership of the team for the remainder of Parcells' contract and only selling part of the team to Ross for now.
This seems to have escalated the timescale by a matter of years, not just months.

If we lose Parcells simply because Wayne wants to avoid the increased percentage of capital gains tax that Obama will introduce, then someone needs to punch him right in the face.
I've always been a supporter of Huizenga, but I don't understand why he would sell the team one year after he basically promised Parcells that he wouldn't.

I think people are starting to realize that the system makes the QB up in NE, not the other way around. Anyone who gives the Pats a first round pick for Cassel will sorely regret it.

I agree that Indy wasn't exactly a long-shot at the playoffs. They have one of the most potent QB/WR connections in the history of the NFL, a fantastic coaching staff, and arguably the two best defensive players in the league. Manning has no absence of talent on that team.
On the other hand, being flat-out cut by your former team, signing for a 1-15 team, having a career year, and making the p

Perhaps I am biased, but this will make the 4th week in a row for me that the Dolphins game is not being broadcast on cable, and I live in FL.
I also find it laughable that any Pats fan would complain about anything.

What do you think the gameplan is going to be on Sunday? Its still early in the week, but its been years since the Dolphins were faced with a game this important and meaningful.
The Jets are very good against the run, and I think they'll stack the box on a regular basis to stop Ronnie and Ricky. If Pennington doesn't throw for around 300 yards I think we lose this game. I'm also going to be se

In my opinion, the Dolphins constantly get snubbed by the league. Very little exposure. Terrible officiating. Absolute favoritism towards another team within the division.
And the only time we actually do get recognition, it has a hint of pity attached to it. Its always, "Oh look at the Wildcat. How cute of the Dolphins to use a pop warner formation. Run along now and let the big boys pl

I agree completely. His southern twang belies the clarity of his wisdom. His interviews remind me of Andre Agassi, who was perhaps the single most insightful and articulate athlete ever.
But even more than his interviews, I greatly enjoy watching him 'coach' the rest of the offense on the sidelines.

Ray Lewis doesn't like playing without huge, space-eating big DTs in front oh him. He doesn't like the 3-4. He wouldn't be a good fit.

I think the fact that the Dolphins have exceeded expectations is a big factor in the site being a bit quiet lately, which I've also noticed.
You would be very hard pressed to find anyone who regards this season as a disappointment, regardless of the final result. But at the same time, we're all holding onto the hope that finally we're not going to screw things up anymore, like a trip to the pl

Don't get me wrong, because I love having Parcells steering the ship and I think Sparano is exactly what this team needs, but its never a bad thing to pose questions or concerns.

I'll have to be honest here and admit I was wrong, which doesn't happen often, because I certainly didn't think there was any way we were going to win more than five games.
However, I also think its important that we acknowledge that the vast majority of lofty predictions came as a result of fanaticism and not by unbiased analysis. They were indeed correct though.

It's not Pro Player Stadium anymore either.

I agree that Sparano needs to maintain a strong stand to maximize the effort of the players, but something just doesn't add up.
They wouldn't have signed Wilford to such a large contract if they didn't like his attitude. They would have probably attempted to unload him at the very least or even flat out cut him if he slacked off that badly in practice. And wouldn't he be talking a lot more (or

I'm not sure if anyone else has brought this up, but I was actually pleasantly surprised by what I saw out of Wilford over the weekend. He looks like he's got some pretty great body control for such a big guy, with pretty decent hands, and his height is such a tremendous advantage.
Even if he's struggling in practice, I still can't understand why we don't at least use him on 3rd downs as a big

The Jets.
The Ravens' defense is too tough, Randy Moss dominates us, and I wouldn't ever want to face anyone named Manning.
Favre is good, but relies too much on risky plays and makes plenty of mistakes to make our secondary look good...even when its not.

Sorry for starting a new topic about this, but I searched for the old one and could not find it. I recently managed to delete some of my old bookmarks on accident and I was wondering if someone could link the p2p site for watching the games online. Thanks.
