Again Fin72 all those teams don't have the holes the phins do. I disagree with you about Dak. He is average at best and that is a stretch. Dak has one of the best O-lines, top 3 RB and a HOF TE. My good friend who is a die hard Cowboys fan and has been for his entire life will agree. He cannot stand Dak. Cowboys also have an owner who cares more about the game and less about the money and t

About the pig headed and inflexible comment. Sounds a lot like Belichick...It is either his way or the high way. Seems to work for him. If you don't like his plan or you piss him off, you don't play and get booted to some other team. He won't over pay for anybody. He is an asshole but he gets shit done. One thing is Belichick has the reigns on his club. Whatever he says goes. Gase will

Thought this post would get closed as well but thanks for bringing it back Rick. Ajayi either showed up and ran for over a hundred or just forgot how to run. It is was more of the latter. Never could rely on him for much honestly. I have already stated that we had more needs in the other positions and glad we did not reach for any of these QB's like some other teams did. We filled hole

185. Re: 2018
My main point (probably not well stated by me) was that each of those teams didn't have the holes that we had to fill in those other key positions like DB\S, LB, TE and RB. They were able to use their picks on one of those QB's and hope they would be worth it. We did not have that luxury unfortunately. Yes it is to early to tell but I believe this is the best draft this team has done in

I will give you Pitt having a great QB. Still no proven talent behind him. Yet!!! Flacco is garbage and got lucky during that playoff with that D and him actually not losing the game. He is an over paid POS. I do not think Jackson's play and size will allow him to succeed in this league. I do not think Dak is all that either. Decent but not great. Again another rookie in White tha

I do agree that knee injuries are horrible for any sport but there are freaks out there that can and will recover from them and still play at a high level. I would not have mind taking a QB in round 4 after those other spots were filled. I am sure TCPF would have been okay with it too. The main thing he has pointed out is not drafted one high or waste capital and move up to get one. I b

Maybe he could get hurt and maybe he could stay healthy the rest of his career. Why does that make tcpf clueless and you and chryen the almighty gods of future injuries? Neither one of you can prove either way to be true yet so why all the attacks. You and chryen are both "my way or the highway". No one can have a different opinion than you? If they due no reason to constantly at

Is Tanne the first person to ever have this surgery??? Has no one ever came back from knee surgery? Is Tanne a fat slob who won't help himself recover and sit on his fat a$$ all day? Is Tanne often injured and I missed something? Can Tanne not take a beating and get right back up and play? Why such negativity between you and your wife chyren?

Yes early but one of my fav drafts in a while. I wanted a LB in 1 but got a swiss army knife and I i like Fitz. Dude is a baller. TE was my second choice and damn proud of this one. Yes his blocking needs work but he can make some akward match ups happen...

I wanted Edmunds or Smith but I am happy with Fitzpatrick. A lot of the "experts" had him as a top 5 talent in this draft. He can play all over the place and I have heard a lot of people say he could be a top 3 DB\S in the league. Matched up with Jones...I am excited for that.

You said name a great team and I thought Super Bowl winning teams were pretty great. But not all those guys won Super Bowls either just took their teams to the Super Bowl. There are plenty more teams that had serviceable (I would not call them great) QB's that were able to carry them to the playoffs and beyond. I just don't see anyone in the top 5 falling to us. If they did I wo

Just glad we play at NE early this year. A late bye too. Still a pretty tough schedule.

These are the only options? So we are either going OL or QB. No way we go TE or LB?

I would prefer a beast LB or TE over either QB or O-line. With the first pick that is.

From 93 to 2001 (when Bledsoe played in 2 games) NE went to 4 playoffs. 3 of which were as the wildcard team. The did lose the SuperBowl in 96. Only year they were not a wildcard team. Since 2001 since Brady took over they have only missed 2 playoffs and both those years they were 2nd in our division. The Bledsoe teams don't compare to the Brady led Patriots. I would have given you the

None of the teams that Marino played in our division compared to what NE has been the past 10+ years. The one year we won the division we still tied NE with win totals but held the tie breaker. Brady played half a game that year and they still won 11.

I think we have a serviceable RB. I do not see it as much as a need as a LB or TE...

I would for sure take a first from any suckers willing to do that. 2nd or 3rd I really don't know. Maybe a swap for 1st and a second. I do think Tanne will recover this season and play well. Do I think we make the playoffs? No...Too many holes to fill...He is a QB that can take you places if you have a good team around him. He is not good enough to do it on his own. There are very few

Did you happen to hear this 9 days ago? Look I like Tanne but there is no way we get a first for him...If they are willing to give a first there is no way you would pass that up...Good luck with that. I think someone is pulling your leg Sam

Less touchdowns albeit on less receptions by quite a bit, and he had Brady throwing to him all year. Just cracked the 1000 yard mark and played for an all around better cast around him...SO that is worth a 1st and we couldn't even get a 2nd for Landry. My point is a first for Cooks is a lot higher than I would have thought. Good for the Pats...proof again they are the class of this divisio

So NE gets a first round pick for trading Brandin Cooks and we get garbage for Landry? Am I missing something?
