Tannehill's numbers seem to be pretty good despite Parker. So it couldn't be that Parker underachieves could it? Tannehill is a good QB...Not great...Good enough to carry this team to the playoffs. Much worse QB's have won SuperBowls. When you play in a division with NE it makes it pretty difficult to make it to the playoffs every year.
