MikeO was banned by the owner. Just as when he was suspended by Curt a few months ago, the mods had no input into the decision.

Unfortunately MikeO was a very polarizing figure who could be very abrasive at times. You either liked what he brought to the table or you didn't. There wasn't much in between ground. I know for a fact that several posters stopped posting for a time because they didn't want to get into trouble for fighting with him. Unfortunately for Mike there were one or two posters that went out of his/their way to report every single insignificant and significant post of Mike's that might get him in trouble. He/they found one that apparently went too far.

MikeO, despite his flaws, was definitely an asset to the site. Even so, he has nobody to blame for this but himself.
