One possible HC scenario I wouldn't mind

This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
I am of the thought process that a total regime change screws this team more then it helps it, I am also of the thought process that both Chuckie and Cowher dont excite me all that much (Chuckie because as A&O and others have pointed out, doesn't fit our current personnel real well, and Cowher because I don't think he will come back with the same fire he had before) both coaches I would welcome, but i'm just not as crazy about either one as some on this board are. Now onto my scenario;
1. Ross calls in Ireland and tells him the only way he stays is if he cans Sparano, he does. This adds some stability at the top of the org. and he hasn't done as bad of a job drafting as some might think. This might also help keep Nolan around.
2. Jerry Jones goes for the "sexy pick" (insert Cowher, Gruden or Fisher's names here) and lets Jason Garrett walk.
3. Keeping the Dallas connect in full swing, Jeff Ireland avoids any questions about Garretts mom in the interview and hires Jason Garrett as the next head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
Thus giving us a young, hungry, offensive minded coach to re-vamp our offense while keeping the defense chugging right along with Mike Nolan named the asst HC (and raise of course) to keep him happy. Thoughts?
Are you out of your freakin mind? Jason Garrett was part of the problem in the first place. Look at the cowboys run statistics when wade phillips was there and look at them now. Do you honestly think that wade call plays on offense, no; Jason Garrett did. It's awful funny that they are running the football more effectively now, but couldn't then. Dolphins don't need another inexperience head coach.
I'm tired of the "Dallas Connection", & I'd like to see this team to move on from the Parcells era. We had one decent year of winning from it, and that is all. The rest of it has failed.

Keep in mind that Garrett was one of the hottest HC candidates only a year or so ago, and if i'm not mistaken Dallas has looked alot better since he's taken over. Also if you heard any of the comments from the Thurs night game the announcers were praising him for his tougher approach and all around demeanor.
I know a lot of the experts have him going to San Fran, but another head coaching candidate name that's been thrown around is Jim Harbaugh, coach of Stanford. Anyone know much about this guy?
do we want another college coach though? Has that ever worked out for anyone?
"It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.” Hayden Fry

&&&& This isn't that farfetched, Harbaugh isn't a college coach he happens to be coaching in college, Steven Ross is a loyal "Michigan Man" he didn't just say Henne would be the best Dolphins QB ever because of ability. Harbaugh, Henne and Ross are all Michigan Men it may be something to keep and eye on.&&&
