I think its dumb to split up Sparano and Ireland especially given the progress they have made with this team. They should get one more chance to find a QB in this draft or otherwise before anything drastic is considered. If only sports reporters actually contributed to anything instead of just muck-raking. Anymore turmoil with this team and they should leave and go to LA. I am beginning to think this area doesn't deserve the Dolphins anymore. The fans and reporters here are both simply awful.

It really sucks that McDaniels burned so many bridges within our personnel/organization, because he seems like a perfect fit for a new offensive coordinator for our team.

But, because of past dealings, he wont be here.

Sparano and Ireland have NOT been treated unfairly by the fan base. As for the reporters, when the team sucks you’re going to get heat. Doesn’t matter if it’s Miami or Omaha, people want winners.

Aqua, I really don't know where all the burned bridges are. Nolan did not get along and wanted out. Who else? Give me a reason that McDaniels and Nolan can't get along if Josh is OC. They wouldn't even be working together. It's a head coaches job to bring people together in a common cause. Kind of like the military. You don't have to love everyone on the staff.
