Thanks for throwing this together Mike, a couple things; Good draft turnout for a bunch of dudes scattered around the country that don't know each other playing in a "free" league, 2nd thing, scanning the draft re-cap, I dont think any one guy had a horrible draft (rare in the 15+ years i've been playing, especially a 14 teamer). Here's my team and round drafted.

QB's; Palmer 6th, Kolb 8th, was torn between Palmer, Kolb and Favre in the 6th, ended up taking 2 of em.

RB's; Mendenhall 2nd, Forte 4th, L. Johnson 9th, M. Bell 13th, Need Forte to step back up to the big leagues, i'm an inj. away from disaster

WR's; Austin 1st, Jennings 3rd., Breaston 7th, L. Murphy 11th, Golden Tate 15th, Miles and Jennings (although I had Jennings last year and swore I would never take him again) should be solid, Murphy could surprise some people

TE's; Shiancoe 5th, Scaife 14th, not used to having to play TE's but was happy to get Shiancoe

Packer D in the 10th and N. Kaeding in the 12th, neither one has a bye till week 10 so hopefully i'm set for a while. Like I said last night, I feel like my team is solid but not spectacular. Good luck to all!

Yes, great turnout. I think only 2 no-shows and 1 told me in advance so it wasn't a shock. So glad everyone is into it!

I was shocked Frank Gore fell to me at 10 I had 2 or 3 guys targeted there and when Gore fell in my lap I was very pleased. I was shocked the QB's went flying off the board like they did.

All the teams looked balanced for the most part. No one team standing out above the rest at this point in time.

Which is fine for some leagues. But the scoring in our league really isn't QB heavy. Or at least in my mind it isn't. But oh well, watch those teams who took them early clean up!! lol lol

I like the QB scoring like it is Mike, cant give em 6 for a TD throw, it over-values them IMO, an average QB can still throw 20+ but even for the best WR's and RB's 20+ TD's would be a huge year. Kinda brings all positions together scoring wise I think.

TOKO your killing me, your QB'S are horrible, and if you dont pick up a better starter your finished.

Futt your team is good, weak at wr and defense.

Berekely you have a decent team, but horrible defense, kicker is ok, but he will get more PAT's instead of FG's.

Your TE sucks, and your RB's are on the lower end of decent.

Ranger has the best team on paper, that ive seen so far, but the biggest issue he has is his WR's Harvin is iffy with Migraines, and Mason is old, but somhow produce's Manningham is a joke.

Colston in the third round was a bad choice, he just doesnt get the ball as much as he did 2 years ago, still a solid pick, but I would have went after him as my number 2.

Ive seen 2 decent teams, but nothing really impressive. Would love to see everyone else's teams.

Colston was the best value on the board in the 3rd round. you gotta remember we had 14 people and WR and QB were flying. By the time it got to me I didn't exactly have a plethora of talent to pick from. Manningham was a garbage pick and Mason still plays for flacco and will get the ball. As for Harvin I believe his value will increase because he is the only guy with chemistry with Farve. Also I checked and he will be cleared to play wk1.

Eitherway there will be plenty of trade opportunity later on.

Hate to say it but Mikeo has the best team so far, but his defense is a joke.

Kicker is a solid pick up but plays for a joke of a team, so weak in defense average kicker, he has solid QB, RB, and WR, and TE.

Congratulations Mikeo, if you would have taken a better defense you deff would have a overall great team, however from what I have seen you have the best on paper.

You seem awful concerned about a league you aren't playing in. I find that very disturbing and odd.

It was 14 team league, getting top of the line at every spot was impossible. So I sacrificed defense. Plus Houston is in the top half of fantasy defenses in the NFL, I have no idea why you think they are weak.

I got the autographed picture in my hands now. The Fed Ex guy came to my house yesterday and I was like, I didn't order nothing, then I saw the return address and was like oh yeah I know what this is!!
