It's difficult to say whose fault it is on ints, unless it is an out-and-out terrible throw.

Mathews and RT were not on the same page.

Saw Stills on the ground in the area where RT was picked off.

Don't know how Stills ended up on the ground, but suffice it to say, Stills had a pretty poor game Thursday. Don't forget guys, he also dropped a deep ball.

Brady is a great QB, this years Pats Defense is NOT a great defense...look up team defense rankings on nfl.com, ESPN.com...wherever, they are middle of the pack at best. We are just not a good offense unless we're playing bottom of the barrel teams.

I know we're all reaching here but Chyren you can't seriously be making a comparison in their play Thursday?!?!? If you are here is the stat you want...QBR Brady-132 Hennehill-67

Just sayin that Tanny completed 28 passes to Brady's 26. Brady passed for 356 yards from Tanny passed for 300.

Now Brady threw for 4 touchdowns to Tanny's zero and Tanny threw 2 interceptions to Brady's none and I know those are big statistics but I think touchdowns can be credited to an extraordinary catch or fake by a receiver and interceptions can be caused by a receiver running the wrong route etc or the other team's QB can be caused by your defender being out of position.

I think passing yardage is a more reliable statistic in judging how the QB played the game.

This Dolphins offense had a complete and total meltdown and Tanny's 300 passing yards don't mean squat. This game was another embarrassing blowout on national television.

Couldn't even score in "garbage time".

There is no comparison whatsoever between the qualities of these two teams which includes the players.

The Pats could probably have beaten this team on Thursday night even if they were playing all of their backups with the exception of Gronk & Brady.

As much as this team sucks vs. worthy opponents, I do like coach Campbell. This fiasco isn't his fault. But I'm not falling for this shit later in the season hoping that this team can beat NE. It'll take a f'ing miracle for that to happen.

We had a " miracle" each of the last two seasons at home then because we've beaten them at home each of those years. And that was with the emotionless spluge as our coach.

I would agree if it were a competitive game. But when your down by 2-3 scores most of the game and the other team is letting you have the underneath...aka: in prevent, running up 300 yards passing doesn't mean much of anything, especially when you don't score...that's EXACTLY what a prevent is meant let the other team do.

You're right, KB. The qualification that I did not add is "ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL" passing yardage is more reliable. Obviously there are situations, though rare, where the other team might let you run or even pass to your own heart's content.

but all things being equal, passing yardage, wherein a QB has many targets, is a more reliable indication of a QB performance than touchdowns, which may all be thrown from inside the 10 yard line or interceptions, which could be the fault of the receiver.

Its harder to throw 4 tds than to pass for 350 yards.

Sam sam your the Joe Philbin of fans. There are many reasons to believe. Would you rather be the Texans or the Redskins? Superbowl dreams are sweet. We all want them, but like life each season has 16 seperate battles to overcome. Try to enjoy it each week. Stop looking at the Superbowl and shitting on it all. Much more to life then just the end results. enjoy the trip!! The Path we are on brother........The last two weeks were fantastic before the Pats game. At least we had that! lets go for another win and take it each week until that magical season arrives for us again.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I would keep him on the sideline until he is 100 percent. Miami has a stable of good WRs, he is not needed at this point.

Once he is 100 percent, I would then integrate him slowly.

I think Jennings will not be with the Fins next season and Parker will take his slot. That also depends on whether or not Miami keeps Mathews.

Our offense stinks, how can our First Round pick not be needed at this point?

If it's because the rest of the receivers are good enough, and he wouldn't make an impact, what does that say about drafting him in the first place?

Or, what does it say about our OL or QB that it wouldn't matter if we had a bigger playmaker at WR because they won't be able to get the ball?

And the bills qb was coming back from injury...If he was 100 percent it would had been a bigger blowout.

Back to the title of the thread.....hopefully we can turn this around but if not we might find ourselves hoping for draft position and then fearing what the clowns who do our picking will do...ugh....it's like a Hell designed by Dante with a laughing Satan looking on.

As I said earlier, it won't matter what position is available when its Miami's turn to pick...we need ANY AND ALL positions. The pick won't be wrong no matter who is selected.

We're hoping you're right, SamSam and don't think for a minute we all won't be hoping for a win in each game, even as we lose them.

At least we don't have to hear the BS "next week is a must win game for us." Must win games are for teams that are relevant. Not for the Miami Browns...I mean Dolphins. Thanks Ross, you and your upper management friends have destroyed the team I grew up cheering. Of course, we're in great hands with your bestie TannenBUM in charge. He did such a great job for the Jets. It was quite a coo signing Sanchez to a long term deal. How many QBs in the league are known for something as notable as the butt fumble. You and your friend can have a great time this morning sipping coffee and discussing how shitty the team you assembled played yesterday.

Dolphins claim DE Quinton Coples
Former first round draft pick Quinton Coples is a defensive end. But he's not a 3-4 DE, he's a 4-3 DE. So he didn't fit in with the New York Jets, a 3-4 team.

And so the Jets waived Coples Monday.

And on Tuesday the Dolphins claimed Coples.

He is scheduled to report to the Dolphins by Wednesday and be on the field for practice. His first game for the Dolphins might come as early as Sunday when the Dolphins play, that's right, the New York Jets.
