Don't put words in my fingers.
I never gave a percentage. Only mentioned it as a factor. I am just asking where the "implied" data is coming from? I don't hold much credence for "what fans would say" because most of it is uneducated and emotional.
I will definitively say that the majority of sacks were charged to the offensive line as it is often implied that Tannehill is mostly at fault. That is inaccurate.
Fault for sacks:
OL = 75%
TE/RB = 15%
QB = 10% Tannehill

That is really all I'm saying. No one would argue that he doesn't need to improve but my problem comes from the people who imply he isn't getting better and will not continue to do so.

It is true that he he is not exactly "comfortable". I would like to see him perform with a decent line before I make an all encompassing opinion. He has never had a good one in 3 years.
and I'll bet when you examine those 15 to

That's widely speculative as well as inaccurate. We all know his game this year was based on short passing. He threw from play action or read option 24% of the time or 144 times so how could they have been a majority?
He had a QB rating of 85.1 in RO/Play action. He was much better without it at 95.3

Yes because the routes for the WR's are different this year and he hardly ever attempted the deep ball in the traditional fashion, IE the deep pass down the sideline. I did, however see several bullets that were thrown in tight windows and traveled 30-40 yards. Excellent throws. Some for TD's.
Tannehill was ranked 10th in the entire league in "yards in the air w/o drops"....meaning, not including yards after catch. He had 2,279 yards. You don't get that type of number AND throw for over 4k yards without having a decent intermediate game with some long throws as well.
He was ranked 5th in the NFL with "yards lost due to drops" at 299 yards.
