SamSam, I heard that the motive was because he believed that the victim was going to rat him out on a PRIOR murder for which he had not been unmasked as the killer.

Weird that this happens in Boston where the Tsarnev older brother is being investigated, after the fact, in a triple murder.

It seems that since I left Mass ( a peaceful place in the 70's), murder is running rampant. What are they trying to do? Catch up with L.A.?

That's what I was going to say.

Sturbridge is on the other side of the state from Boston, where our streets and roads are old cow paths and carriage trails that are so narrow and winding that it's harder to get up enough speed to cause a fatal crash.

OH and rotaries...we have plenty of rotaries. A pain to the outsider, but having a head on collision at an intersection where there's a rotary is damn near impossible! I tell you, there are advantages to living in a place that was developed before the car and traffic lights were invented.

I know, JC. You missed the part where I said I was coming back from Connecticut.

In fact, Ole Sturbridge is quite a tourist attraction and I stopped there to take in the tourists attraction.

Bottom line, it's not just Boston drivers but Mass drivers.winking smiley If that's any comfort to you. LOL.

Edited to add for those other readers on the board that Ole Sturbridge is on the Massachusetts/Connecticut border and quite a distance away from Boston or Suffolk County or Middlesex County, where Cambridge is.

Hey Chyren, are you going to be following the Hernandez trial on TV when it begins?

What do you think about the evidence so far? Slam dunk or no? My opinion is albeit circumstantial, what they do have appears to be very strong. If I were him & I actually did this crime, I'd be looking for a plea deal. I'd be shitting bricks about now knowing what they have if I were him.

Yes to the first question if it's on HLN like Anthony, Arias and Zimmerman.

As to the evidence so far, I have no idea what that evidence is. The key piece of evidence is probably what one of his buddies is saying to "rat him out." All of the other PHYSICAL evidence recovered is probably only to corroborate those statement.

As far as a plea deal is concerned, I'd bet that plea deal has already been reached with the accomplice.

If you plead everybody out then as the prosecution, you plead your case away. There is always one guy who is the target to whom you plan to give the toughest sentence and the other accomplices with whom you make the deal.

Now, during the course of the trial, as a prosecutor, your case may be going south SO THEN AT THAT POINT, you might reach a plea deal but to AVOID a trial, I think that boat has already sailed by virtue of the cooperation with the police of his "buddies."

Let this be a lesson to all other celebrities who want to play "gansta" to impress their OWN posse and prove that they have not "betrayed" the ole Neighborhood by becoming and soft.

This Ahole, initials AH, deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison and ChyrenB, with his 19th Century outlook on the death penalty, would have him swinging from a tree after he got convicted if I had my way. Only one way to teach people not to kill other people and that is to kill them.

When you're talking about first degree with is premeditation that is. If you premeditate a crime, your own death should be there on the table entering into the calculation. When that fear is removed, most people are more likely to decide to commit the murder instead of refraining therefrom.

These things can be a self fulfilling process sometimes....ChyrenB was quick to point out that Brandon Marshall's initials were BM, which also stands for Bowel Movement.

Disclaimer: I do NOT claim any resemblance to anyone else with the initials JC, other than I occasionally wear sandals.

Just read that the ACLU is "concerned" with the accomodations this FKN POS is currently exposed to.

This is why our society is falling apart, because organizations like this are allowed to exist.

i was going like over 110 KMs an hour at 3 oclock in the morning right in the expressway.....which is about 70 miles or something...

Was going in the fast left lane in the left?

All of a sudden there was a freaking 18 wheeler truck parked in the middle of the road no freaking light nothing....WTF.....I had to steer right and thank god there was no car coming or else im a gonner me and my wife.....
