I hope sparano stays and the jets pick another qb in the draft. Yes. Another Pat White as the jets future feature QB to handle the wild kat duties.

this is as dysfunctional as we were with the ireland/sporano/harbaugh fiasco and the wanny/speilman/marino flap. nice to see it happening to the jets.

next stop for spornao--O Line coach. if you look up "peter principle" in the dictionary you should find a pic of this clown

Who's to say Rex won't be fired? Talk about counting your chickens before they hatch. At least his ego is still working.

I've always said Baby T's future is linked to
a pizza joint in some undetermined Connecticut location
within a 5-mile radius of New Haven (you do the math)!

Baby T's Signature Pizza will be the:

Fist Pump & Pepperoni (aka "the 3-poiner"winking smiley

Sean Payton just signed a multi-year deal with the Saints, if my theory is correct about Parcells taking care of Sparano, he ends up as O-line coach in Nawlins.

If that happens, you can kiss Drew Brees's career goodbye!

I'm surprised that the Jets hired Sparano to begin with.

Thats Just Like Rex .......He controls his own firing. The Jets suck because of HIM and the crazy stress he puts them under every year when he predicts Superbowl wins. It was Rex that overspent , and rex that was lauding Tony Sprano last off season. Now he wants it to look like it wasn't him. Fire his ass before this next game and embarass him. What a POS.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

As bad as I wanna see that fat arse toe-sucker cry during his exit press conference, I want him screwing up the Jets long term........it's kinda a double edged sword if you will!

It has become quite enjoyable. He came close with those AFC championship games a few times, but seeing them fall completely apart and even having Ed quit has just made this a great year! Your right......sign him up to an extention Woody!

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I hope they keep all those fools in place in NY. It brings a smile to my face when they are more of a laughing stick than we are.

If none of them are fired, they will just continue the implosion and we can sit back and watch the show.

Did why the hell did we run it so much with us????

He must have been a total non-entity.

If that is true, then I take back blaming him for the failure of our team in those seasons, including last season.

Not doubting your accuracy but that shocks me.

hey Chyren, yeah he ran the wildcat out of necessity. If you remember the 2008 season which was his first season we started the season 0-2. We didnt unveil the "wildcat" until week 3 vs the pats... Why? He was desprite and henning had been poking him to atleast try it. We tried it vs the pats and we crushed them, then it snowballed us to an 11-5 record...

Sparano was force to let henning control it on a say 5% of the offense basis but it was henning and lee that controlled that package not Sparano. So when Rex brought on sparano saying he will be running the wildcat i laughed cause he wasnt even the one running it in miami!!! lol

also the wild cat racked up alot of our yardage but dont confuse that with us running it alot. On average we ran say 65 offensive plays and I would say of that only 5 were wild cat plays. So actually no we did not run the wild cat much even in its prime...
