He's supposed to be the backup. Of course he always impresses during training camp, but from there on his robotic nature kicks in.

This really, really hurts us with the Flynn situation and Seattle. We're going into next season with either Moore, and/or possibly a rookie from A&M. I don't think we're going to the big show with either. We may not even get the rookie now that we need a receiver.

If Manning goes to Denver, I'd bet anything they trade for Tebow, and I bet they'd even give up one of those 3rds for him.

I hear ya. I put more of the blame on the coaches than I do Henne. Sure, Henne has his faults, but I believe the coaching staff never let him get comfortable in the offense. They handcuffed him. He had a big arm, yet rarely let him go downfield. He also had receivers that had problems in separating.

When a QB loses confidence, he is no good. The coaches took that confidence away.

I wouldn't be surprised, at all, if Henne beat out Gabbart, although reports are indicating he was brought in to be the backup.
