Don't have time to sit and wait to read all the responses, but I will say I didn't have an issue with your post either. Seems to me that no Head Coach (and this is just my opinion) that is worth anything in the NFL today wants to be tied down by a GM that they don't share the same philosophy as. I don't have a problem with it either. IMHO, GMs are the ones that should be coming and going, you only get shots at quality Head Coaches every now and then.....

Maybe I should start another.....Trade down with New England Post for Mallet and some Picks........
