#1. That means nothing even if it were true. #2. Tannehill has not failed, management has. #3. Those coordinator's sucked and are either out of work all together or have been demoted for a reason. #4. We are on our 3rd GM that stands behind Tannehill. #5. Adam Gase loves Tannehill. #6. Connor Cook is a pipe dream for people who can't put the pipe down. #7. Tannehill is our starting QB! We

Lots of rumors happening. Talk of players climbing, etc. Jack Conklin and Leonard Floyd in the top 10. Cleveland wanting to draft a QB and possibly trade down to do it. I think they had either Lynch or Cook ranked as high as Goff or Wentz and will take a QB somewhere. Also Jets could trade up with Cleveland for Lynch. Could trade Wilkerson. Other candidates to trade with Cle are NYG and Chicag

and Tannenbaum is know for that. He traded a 28 year old John Abraham for a 1st rounder after a 10.5 sack season. Although he was carrying the franchise tag and was much younger. Cam doesn;'t offer wuite the value at his age and coming off IR. I would hate to see Cam go to Cleveland but Dallas sure could use him. I hope you are wrong. Could also happen to Reshad Jones.

Deer in the headlights is a bit over the top. You could say that about John Beck. Not Tannehill. When he has time to throw he can pick a defense apart. I'VE SEEN IT. I've seen him make some unbelievable throws in tight windows. I've seen him throw for 4k yards and a 75:41 QB/TD ratio over the last 3 years. How many other QB's have done that? Deer in the headlights? I don't think so. I'v

As much as I am leery of MT, I'm not sure how anything Jeff Ireland did in the past has anything to do with Mike Tannenbaum.

Tony Pauline is reporting that Dolphins have a deal in place to move up to 8 to take Elliott. It would cost us a 3rd and a 6th per value chart. Also reporting Dallas unlikely to take EE and they like Ramsey at 4.

Ajayi missed the first 6 games while on IRR with a broken rib. Of course he was behind the 8 ball. Philbin underused our #1 RB so of course our #2 is underutilized.

With any luck a few of these WR's will sneak into the top 12 along with a DT or two. That just helps Miami. SF and Cle could be looking for a WR as could NYG and NOLA. If Zeke gets past Dallas, the biggest threat may be NYG. I hope they move up for a tackle.

Drafting a QB in round 1 follows the same path of handcuffing Tannehill instead of helping him. I wouldn't lump Misi in with Taylor or DT. Misi has been solid at 4 positions. His issue is missed games/injuries. He'll never be great. Taylor was never solid. I think Misi would have had a better career if he were allowed to start and stay with a team that ran a 3-4 defense where he was exclusive

It seems to me Philbin spent his entire time in Miami running scared and passed it on to Tannehill. All he did was restrict T-hill and tell him what NOT to do (as apposed to teaching him how to learn). Don't throw interceptions. Don't run. Don't change the play call. Don't worry about cadence (just say go-go). Don't throw the deep pass. Don't let the RB run the ball too much. Don't get t

We did make a trade with them in 2010 to move from 12 to 28 for Jared Odrick. SD Traded Tim Dobbins, 2010 first round pick (#28-Jared Odrick), 2010 second round pick (#40-Koa Misi), 2010 fourth round pick (#126-Akwasi Owusu-Ansah) to Dolphins for 2010 first round pick (#12-Ryan Mathews), 2010 fourth round pick (#110-Darrell Stuckey), 2010 sixth round pick (#173-Anthony Dixon) on 2010-04-22

There may be something to that theory since Mathews was much more productive than Stills and he is gone to Tennessee but..... This year we WILL not be on such a skewed ratio of run to pass. I also believe last years staff had no clue how to get the best out of individuals. They had a system and expected the players to conform even though the FO gave up draft picks to bring in players like S

It appears this regime has gone back to a certain prototype system ala Parcels. All the linebackers they are looking at are at least 6'1 & run a sub 4.7 40. The RB's are in the 220 lbs area and have pass catching skills as well as pass blocking. The corners are in the 6 ft range and run a sub 4.5 40, have zone skills as well as the ability to press and jam at the line. Physical zone

Based on that mock and whose available, I would rather have 1 Elliott 2 Kendall Fuller And definitely NOT a kicker in round 3!!!!! After looking deeper, Rueter didn't really put much effort into that draft. Kicker in 3, WR in 4 and S in 5. He must be a Pats fan. Come on Chad. Look at a depth chart/off season transactions for cryin out loud.

You just said he was not a great back. So how is that worthy of 42? I love his size and speed ratio. I just don't like him as an NFL RB in every offense. As I've said many times, I think fixing the line is a better way to improve our running game and it's not like the pass pro doesn't need to get better as well. It pays off two-fold. Henry is not ranked much higher than Ajayi and most

IMO, to be worthy of #13 or higher, a DE should be a twitchy, high motor, technician. Lawson has about 1 of 3 of those traits. I would view him as a late 1 to mid 2 type of rusher. He seems more of a strong side run stopper than a guy who is going to ever lead the league in pressures or sacks by beating NFL left tackles. He may also need shoulder surgery before the season. Kevin Dodd is a 24 y

MMQB newest mock has Miami trading up with Cleveland to take Ezekiel Elliott at 13. Based on the chart, that would cost us a 3rd round pick.
