May 23rd-25th for rookies (so nice of Joe to organize this on Memorial day weekend!) OTAs are limited to 10 total days. The Dolphins will hold their first OTA from May 27-28, with the third day on May 30. The second OTA will be June 2-3 and 5th, with the third and final OT June 9-12. The veteran mini-camp, the only part of the offseason workout program that is mandatory, will be June 17-19.

Expanding and revitalizing the area would be a huge undertaking IMO since it's all residential but he could still develop the land the stadium sits on and make some money back. 160 acres, 6-8 houses per acre, 960 homes or use it for mixed use/retail/condo's, etc since there is a track right next door. Orlando sucks IMO so I would not really want that...even though it would be a closer commute.
