I think he'll have a better game because that's just the way he is. Then he'll suck again. The defense is banged up, I expect them to not play as well as they're capable. Plus we have 2 full time rookie corners now. So the Jets will put up some points. Our offense will get a little spark, and there'll be more passes thrown because Rex will look at those 2nd half tapes and see a way to slow

We Was Robbed! lol. I agree with everything KC FinFan said. I was thinking the same thing. All the calls went against us, except that one very early in the game that had no effect anyway. In fact, I was joking with my Bro on one other play that we made later in the game and said lets hurry up and snap the ball before some ref makes up some more shit. The bad calls were part of this

I think they're just trying to send Ginn a message, and to get Hartline some playing time. No doubt Hartline will be in the game more, but I don't know if they'll sit Ginn during the game. Let's face it, we have no wide receivers. It's not like they didn't see this coming. I have no idea why we didn't pick up a veteran receiver. Ginn will run out there because we have little else.

The comment about taking it offline was juvenile and inappropriate. But if I read this thread right, A&O started it by accusing another poster of having slim football knowledge just by stating his opinion. There are plenty of other boards to do that on, and I'll help you out by adding more cliches: "Do you know more than the coaches?" "Have you ever played football?" &q

The next question though is, can we trade him? To where? Most teams won't want him the way he is playing. But maybe Cam would take him. He could be an extra guy on a team loaded with clutch receivers, a guy to run down the sideline and do nothing else. We need Ted Ginn to play better, to make his stock rise a little so that it becomes possible to trade him for something other than a 5th

They played their hearts out, to the best of their ability, so no one on the teams owes you an apology. If you expected them to beat the undefeated saints then you're the only person on the planet who did. We can't magically waive our wand and replace mediocre or bad players with great players. We have what we have until the next draft and trade.

Camarillo is coming off an injury, otherwise he's good. He even made a great play today. He has solid hands. Bess is great. Ronnie normally has good hands. Cobbs is injured and out for the year, otherwise he'd be catching passes. Hartline played well. Ginn and Fasano sucked as per usual, and crippled our passing game. Basically, right now, Bess is the only experienced, completely healthy

I've seen other teams do what Camarillo did and illegal pass was not called. He was very close to the sideline, and there was no evidence he threw the ball. The refs sucked the entire game. Bess's knee was down, period. He still had the ball. And since he has great hands I would think they would give him the benefit of a doubt. But they were calling against the dolphins the whole game.

Fasano is having a horrible year. Other than that one good game, the whole preseason and regular season has crippled us. For a run-heavy team relying on the short passing game and having no decent wide outs, it's more important than ever to have a solid tight end. We don't, and you just can't sweep that kind of glaring hole under the rug. I don't care how many sacks Joey Porter gets, or how m

We said at the beginning of the year we need Ted Ginn to have a breakout year. Well, I think it's official - he's not even close to one. It's over, Ted. It's over. OK? I never had much faith in him to begin with, but was willing to give him the benefit of a doubt. Maybe Pennington couldn't get him the ball. But now Chad Henne is in there. And Henne was right on target and Ted just

Yep, like a pride of lions, they thrive when playing together and are weaker when not working with each other. They are doing great right now. A line of lions.

Another overachieving white boy juiced up and injured. Roth was never as good on our team as the tapes I watched of his college play. Then when he finally gets better, and is productive for us, he gets injured twice. I thought he was just playing contract games with his agent, but after other teams see this, I don't see how his value is such that he has any more leverage.

We'd be a lot better team with a WR. Just wait next year and you'll see what a difference it makes.

Our rookie corners are getting better and better, so maybe they'll make a great play or two when Brees puts it in the air. An INT, maybe a fumble also, we have a chance. Here's wishing both teams come out of this healthy, regardless of the final score.

How about they all wear t-shirts that say "I'm not as fat as my contract." They deserve a little ribbing....darn them. They're playing well now, though, so I'm happy not just for us but they needed to get their pride back. I was beginning to believe they never had any to begin with. And you can't call them the hogs, that's what washington's line used to be called.

I dunno, if you can't make it on the Detroit roster..... I can't believe Murphy ending up a bust like that. If we didn't have Donald Thomas as a surprise hit I don't know what we'd do.

Hakeem Nicks made some nice plays for the Giants. I still like the kid. Saints are scary. And on top of that, they're on a roll. That's almost better than talent, when all the cogs are working. Brees looks incredibly focused on the field, and he has great chemistry with his receivers. We're not going to defend against those receivers, especially with our secondary. So the only chance we

Why would the picks be spread over 2 years? That makes no sense at all. KC would take the Ravens trade then, if that was the case. The only way KC would think that sorry offer would top the Ravens offer is if we gave them 2 high picks in consecutive yrs.

The worst part of any player aquisition in which you invest a lot and get little in return, is that it can hold you back from making other, more positive personel moves. We waited for Ginn and in the back of everyone's mind, he was our #1. If we didn't have him, or if we moved him out, we would find ourselves free to deal and shop for someone else, and who knows, maybe that "someone else&q

Sounded like a great ending, I had to call it quits at 11pm. Things got rocking after that, I see. Damn... thanks for the play by play anyway. I can't believe I read about that Ginn pass, must be on video somewhere...

How much worse is G Wilson going to get this season? It's getting so bad it's hard to watch.

All I can say is that the defense stopped them on 2 scoring drives, and both times our special teams unit let them run down the field. But maybe Jason Ferguson should play special teams, right guys? Might as well if the D line is getting blamed for that too. I will say that the safeties are playing like crap and Sean Smith is not having a good game. I see they stuck Vonte in there for a whil

what did someone say about coaching? Here's what I say: pphewwwwww!!!!!!!!! We have the worst 2 minute drill in the nfl. On both sides of the ball. Pennington/Brady? It doesn't matter, you've got Henne/Sanchez and the same shit happens. We screw up our time management (get a first down! Don't run up the middle in some feeble attempt to run out the clock!), and then when they have the b
