Yep, I agree with that. Also, Fisher will probably go to Jacksonville, new owner, and no Ireland to contend with.
If Gruden, and Cowher stay on T.V. just who does that leave for Miami anyway?
Smart money says Gruden and Cowher stay on T.V. They hav

Yes, you said it for me. It was a joke and guess who it was on, THE DOLPHINS for hiring Cam Cameron.

Really, that's your opinion I have mine. Shula would be a good coach that we should have hired back in 2007. But why am I wasting my time, I'm probably replying to a Cam Cameron cheerleader anyway.

If we hire Mike Shula, let me suggest some teams for you to root for:
Patriots
Jets
Bills
I just hope you enjoy watching them lose on Sunday for the next twenty years..

He was an excellent head coach at Alabama, and came in and won even with all the problems that school had. He cleaned up the personnel and NCAA probation mess left by Francione, took

Another benefit of hiring Mike Shula is that he has a good insight into the best conference in College Football, i.e. the SEC.

Hopefully it will be Mike Shula, that's if Florida doesn't pick him up as OC which is what I just heard on Southern Sports Tonight (SST).
Trade the house for a QB, and hire Mike Shula...he's the best in the business at QB development. NFL and College HC experience, PLUS he would fill the stadium.
BUT you have to trade this years, next years and possible a 2nd rounder for a QB this year. Sh

Yep - Sparano has to go...Hopefully after this game. They need to get a new coach hired and staff including GM together prior to the bowl season and the senior bowl for talent evaluation purposes.

That said, who gives a crap about the QBs in this draft, (well maybe the A&M or Arkansas QBs, we might be able to get them in the 2nd), if the Miami Dolphins get a shot at Trent Richardson in the 1st they should take him.
It would be like passing on Adrian Peterson.

You have 5 minutes and some odd seconds to go and what do you do? You run Reggie Bush up the middle, even when you have a north/south running back sitting on the bench, that you just drafted in the first round. Sparano, only listens to his players and their egos, instead of deciding who will close out a game on his own....Bush will never be an every down, up the middle back that's why the Saint

Barkley, Wilson, and Jones would be my order of pick if we don't have a shot for a trade up for Luck, and that depends on how Jones does now without his star receiver for the rest of the season. He works well with the replacement, then I would move him ahead of Wilson. Wilson, takes apart LSU then I'd move him ahead of Barkley. Just have see how it plays out.

Miami will probably win three of the next five games and maybe win one or two of the last three inter-division match ups. So I think we go most likely 6-10, or 7-9 for the season. Where does that leave us??? Who needs quarterbacks over other needs: Indy (injured and aging Manning), Not Saint Louis they have Bradley....Carolina has Newton now...Cleveland has McCoy...Jacksonville sticks with Gabert

Field Goal Tony went for two.... the monster dropped it and now Tony is through.
Well, at least I was hoping he would be through, maybe not....looks like he's going to be around another week.
It really sucks to be a Dolphins fan right now...at least I have the Tide to pull for.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Well, sooner or latter he's going to luck up and win one. Then the "Suck for Luck" gang will be packing it in I guess, and what we will be left with is a complete rebuilding campaign again..probably take two or three more years to even get close to the playoffs. I really do wish they'd fire him and get someone, anyone in as an interim coach for the rest of the season.
The entire tea

Horrible, I've been a Dolphins fan for a long time but this has got to be the worst I've ever seen out of south Florida. Whole coaching staff and GM has to go NOW.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Just get Mike Shula, hire him away from Carolina, and go after Luck in the draft. The guy has assistant experience all over the league, head coach of the University of Alabama, and look what he's doing with Cam Newton right now at Carolina.
Plus, he's a Shula...it's time to go back and put the franchise on the right track. I think Shula is the guy to do it.
