I bet he shows up to play. This guy has had way too many big games against us in the past.

Good luck with your project. I don't think Karl Noonan was a Phin after 1971. I remember him being the holder for Garo's game winning kick in the AFC championship in 1971 and not seeing him at all after that. Jim Riley seems to have had his final season in 1971 as well. Doug Swift went on to be a Doctor or Surgeon of some sort. Jake Scott is probably the most difficult one of them all

We need to also be willing to chuck the ball long once in a while. The Jets will expect Pennington to only throw short. Noodle arm or not, we need to commit to the threat of a bomb.

If you *really* want to see a disparity look at their comparative QB ratings over the past three games. Favre's numbers are heading South as the season goes on.

The Celtics and Bruins are doing well in Boston, so the Patsie fans conveniently aren't interested much in the NFL this season. Seriously, most of my friends up here wrote off the season the moment Brady got injured. I'll be sure to remind them how we took the division. Their excuse will be, 'Brady got injured'. I'll come back with "we were 1-15 last year, no excuses" at which

I'm glad this game won't be at prime time. This way it won't be as cold.

Win the division, go to the playoffs. It's not the winner's fault if the rest of the division sucks (as much as I can't stand Shanahan's dirty-playing Broncos).

this is just the fan voting component though (right?). I'm curious to see how the players and coaches vote.

The year was 1974, we won 21-0. (Yes, I looked it up). Well Leon, I could see how it'd be difficult to tell, with all the butt slapping, hugging, man-crushes and such that are associated with sports fandom. Now if this guy booked a room in the Honeymoon Suite then you should have noticed!

No Leon, but I've been to Tulane to visit a buddy of mine. Good thing I didn't go to school there, I'd have flunked out! What a blast that campus and N'arlins is in general.

I *would* wish 0-16 on my worst enemy. But no way are the Lions my worst enemy. They're in the NFC, perennially stink, how can a harmless team like that be our worst enemy. I'd dance in the streets if any other team in our division went 0-16 though..

The bright side of missing a non-essential, long FG attempt (if there *is*a bright side) is that he no longer has a streak going. He had hit what, 12 or 13 in a row? Now when he has a FG attempt he doesn't have it in the back of his mind that he has a streak going and just concentrate on the kick at hand, not how many he's made in a row.
