If we do switch to a 3/4 then Harris has to move to LB. He's really the only DE we have that can. Wake is too old, Quinn doesn't have the skill set and everybody else is strictly 4/3 type guys.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Yes, if Murray is there we should take him. He's a dynamic player and we need every one of those we can get. We will also need at a minimum a quality backup QB or two.
Now, if we take him, that in no way should be a reason that we don't take anothther QB in 2020, because we should. Even if he plays his rookie season on the level of Mahomes, Marino, etc. We should still take another QB in 2020.

Chyren, I have no problem with blitzing Brady, just that at the end of all those blitzes, you have to hit him. It's not enough to simply get in his vacinity, gotta hit him, a lot. Only that will make him blink and get frustrated...that's how you beat him.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
No, they should hit him each time the ball is snapped. No exceptions. Even when he gets the ball off, hit him. Even if the defender gets there late, hit him. Even if it causes fines, flags or ejections, hit him...every snap, every game, every opponent, hit him.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Chyren and Sam, while RT is guilty of holding the ball too long at times, you guys are wrong to assert that he does it all of or even most times. Since he came into the league RT has consistently been near the top of the league in getting rid of the ball when you look at times from snap to throw. (Usually better than Brady I might add) However, he has also routinely been under pressure one of the

I for one would like to see RT behind a line that gives him time to go through three or four progressions per play and throw to a group of guys that actually get open more often than not.
Not going to happen with us, but regardless, I'd still like to see it.

How much of the Superbowl was great play by the Pats and how much was the Rams trying to pound a square peg into a round hole?
I wish Flores nothing but the best and hope he gets things right for us...finally.

I think this is a good guess...the one's that don't have a comment are ? We simply can't and won't go crazy cutting players.

Not if it was done in real time. It doesn't matter what the players say either. The one stopping play would be the booth official and as I said he would only stop play if he saw something to warrant the stoppage.
If they can show the fans at home two or three replays of any given play without stopping the game than an official can certainly look at those same replays without slowing down the g

I voted no, because any call, or non call, should be challengeable if the coach wants to throw the flag. Beyond that there should be a referee in the booth that looks at each and every play in "real time", but only stops play if he see's something to warrant it...like a missed call or a blown call.

Yeah, Chiefs D is getting pushed around...I was worried about their D and they have done nothing so far to make me feel any better.

And if he can bring in Jim Caldwell we would have experience to go with him.
The only coach we have that I would absolutely NOT let walk away is Rizzi...
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Del Rio....no, no, no, no, no!...and did I say..no? I'd be happier with a cardboard cutout of Saddam Hussein.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
I think we should go with Foles or Bridgewater along with drafting someone this year and again next year to round out the squad along with Falk. Everyone else should be gone.
As for coaches, right now I believe it'll be Flores, Biennemy with the darkhorse being Rizzi.

And we had an offensive line Sunday that might as well have stayed on the sideline in the second half. They were literally as effective as they would have been had they done so. Our D-Line was mostly the same, our DT's have been MIA since Hayes left the lineup. Wake can't get a sniff of the QB, much the same for Quinn. Our LB's are continually taken up by offensive linemen at the second level. Ou

I am half inclined if I was the owner to keep Gase and Grier. But, that said Burke has gotta go and Gase has to give up calling plays. Those would be steps one and two.
If Gase refused, he'd be fired.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Com’on KB, RT has had little room to do anything in this second half. He should have been out of the pocket all day and Gase keeps him in it taking hits on a day when our O line is doing nothing, absolutely nothing.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Our O line is simply not doing anything at all. Gase has zero answers, RT getting killed, Parker and Stills M.I.A. Hope for a bit, but otherwise a real shit show. We gave up what...1000 yards rushing today?

Re: Not really, for two we usually spend less than $80.00 at the stadium each game. My two season tickets were about $1200.00 for the season so thats...like $1840.00 for the entire season. Drake could get the team to spring for that I'm sure. Th

Hopefully we can play well and get this win because nobody (the press or odds makers) thinks we can, or will, win today.
Let's go Phins, make another statement and prove last week was not a fluke.

Gotta agree with JC Sam. It most definately counts as a 4th quarter comeback.
And for the record RT has 15, 4th quarter combacks and 13, game winning drives in his career...stats by pro football refrence.
2012 - 1
2013 - 4
2014 - 2
2015 - 3
2016 - 4
2017 - 0
2018 - 3
On top of those there was 1 in 2016 and 1 in 2018 where he was involved in a comeback but didnt get direct credit.

I wish I had it...I would absolutely trade it back to Drake. For a game worn and autographed Drake jersey, an autographed Gore Jersey, a coupon from the team giving me all of the free food and any drinks I want at the stadium for two, forever. My current season tickets free forever. And a meet and greet with Don Shula, Bob Greise and Dan Marino with pictures and autographs at the Stadium for me a
