That would NEVER happen. It's a nice dream, but the only way NE would let Brady go is if his skills have seriously diminished and he still wants to play. Any team he goes to would get a shadow of the original Tom Brady. I also don't see him going to any AFC East rivals. He's from California, so maybe the Rams would take him.

You guys obviously have nothing better to do than to bring up politics. There are other boards on the internet for that. If you're still talking about disrespecting the flag, you're several weeks behind the progression of this story. ChyrenB has a broader outlook, and you guys should really read his posts.

This game will hang on our pass rush. If we can hit Garoppolo early and often, we can rattle him and have a chance. The Patriots have shown over the last 10 years that they are susceptible to a strong pass rush. That's how the Giants beat them twice in the Superbowl. Mario Williams will likely be the key.

I've been thinking about that 4th-and-inches we attempted in the 1st quarter against Seattle. I remember when we used to have Lousaka Polite. Sure he was slow, but that guy was a guaranteed 1-2 yards every time he touched the ball. If we had a player like that, then going on 4th-and-inches would be a no-brainer. It seems that even in today's NFL...even if that guy was only used in short yarda

I agree that Tanny held on too long on plays, but it was great to see him audible...and do it at the right time. If that Stills TD would have been completed, I think we could have run more plays to stretch the defense. That would have improved our running attack (pass to run, rather than run to pass). Problem is, if all our passes are 5-7 yards, it really shortens the field for what we can do.

I was unhappy about the try on 4th down in the 1st quarter rather than kicking a FG. I didn't think our team was ready for it against a team like Seattle. Want to work on 4th and inches? Do it against Cleveland...not Seattle. That one FG could have been the difference in the entire game, based on the way our defense played.
