My personal opinion:

While this board is designed for Phins fans, we have historically allowed fans of other teams to occasionally post about upcoming games, as long as things stay civil. I remember the Bills fans saying things like "you're in for a long afternoon" and I didn't think that was particularly offensive. (maybe there was something else that I didn't notice that got deleted before I read it?) I also thought it was extra funny that we won the game and those Bills fans were too spineless to return to congratulate us.

I don't think this has been a big problem honestly--it only seems to happen a few times per year and the smack meter doesn't usually hit 'overload'. Overall, the most offensive posts by far that I've read on this board were posted by regulars who were (claiming to be) Dolphins fans. At this time, I personally don't see the need for a separate process to deal with posts by opponents' fans. In any case, if you ever see anything offensive by anyone, use the "Report" button.

If this gets out of hand later in the year and the board is overrun with morons from other teams, then I think we could consider separate measures. But up to now I personally believe it is controllable by exercising the current procedures already in place.
