That's all I have to say. What a bunch of lousy good for nothing, incompetent boobs.
First of all, the ball's loose. How do you not determine who came up with the ball when it's loose on the field? Second, how do you then ignore the three Dolphins falling on the ball and say that it wasn't conclusive?
Third, how do you blow the whistle and say that it doesn't matter who recovered the ball because you are God and you JUST KNOW it was a touchdown!!!!! Ooopsss, I was wrong after all. It was a fumble into the endzone. Maybe I should have done what is usual and peel off the guys to see who recovered the ball JUST IF FRIGGIN CASE!!!!
No wonder the Steelers hurried up and piled off the ball because the touchdown call and the Whistle was the best they could hope for.
I'm not going to stop being a Dolphins fan, but I don't think I can bring myself to give a $#!! about the NFL anymore. The officiating has been heinous for a while now, but I think this is just ridiculous.
The referees gave that game to Pittsburg. They should have determined who came up with the ball, and them make the td call, that way, should a challenge be issued, WHICH OBVIOUSLY WOULD BE... it being that close, possession would not have been a question. Poor, poor, poor officiating.
They should fine those f'kers for a devastating call!!!!!!
Oh, and Henne looked like pig vomit under pressure there at the end, and whose idea was it to try running out the clock with a Ronnie Brown run up the gut for 2 yards to start that "drive".
Pure vomit, 3 losses in a row @ home now, bring on some away games, so we can win something...

Exactly my sentiments.
Play calling and clock management--another F report card.

That's why they get paid the big bucks, to get like an average of 8 calls a game wrong. They need to start giving head coaches more timeouts to instant replay like every third play in the game that the refs make a bad call on.
