That's a shame, but lets give him the benefit of the doubt. When a woman claims abuse, the cops will arrest the man with almost no evidence. I'll be very interested to see how the trial goes.

In the story in the my local paper, from the AP I'm sure, it said his girl friend attacked him when he came home at 3 am, he probably grabed her or something to get her to stop so of course they arrested him.

Damn! This guy's 6'7" 305lbs. His girlfriend is either huge or has serious balls.

I'm a little jaded when it comes to the way Florida police handle domestic disputes. If what you guys says is true, this is another case of a man's life being tarnished when a woman goes off and gets physical, while the man defends himself.

I'm someone who believes that a man should never lays hands on a woman, but if the woman wants to step up and punch me in the face, I'm going to defend myself.

You HAVE to turn the other cheek to your wife or girlfriend if they get violent... because its a set-up.

I've done that....the fantasizing...not the throwing.
