What are the chances that one if not both of these guys will be in Miami next year?
Our defense has been slipping in crucial situations that could have Crennel favored over Pasqauloni if a change was being thought about.
Our offense Im not sure a change necessarily would be made to actually fire Henning. But, Henning is very old and I could see Charlie Weis being the first option of a replacement to Henning if he retired.
What do you guys think about this? Both Parcell guys, both run same system we do. Both are amazing coordinators. I'm down for it. Could this actually be a possibility?
Crennell YES....very real possibility. I could see us keeping Pasqualoni and having Crennell on as an "assistant head coch" type of role and working side by side with Pasqualoni. Romeo is old and recovering from hip surgery so I could deffinitly see that.
Weis NO
Indy is already rumored to hiring Charlie this offseason to replace Tom Moore.
How is suggesting Charlie Weis, who was the brains behind the patriots offense during their dominant superbowel years, and who is very, very close to Bill Parcells, and who has coached on numerous Parcells' teams, and is one of the greatest coordinators on the planet, how is suggesting than Weis is an option, crazy!?

"and is one of the greatest coordinators on the planet"......A and O....someone must have nailed you pretty hard.
"dominant superbowel years"......or are you on something??!!
Have you seen a dominant suberbowl team lately.....Patsies beat the, Rams, Eagles, and Panthers(I feel shivers just talking about those teams....NOT!!)....and by FGs late in each game.
PHINS dominated the Vikes in the SB 24-7, 49ers killed Denver 55-10,
Dallas destroyed the Bills 52-17......THATS DOMINANT SUPERBOWL TEAMS!!
and lets not talk how the patsies should have not played against the rams in the SB if only for the crap that was called the TUCK RULE....or the best Patsie team that got their asses handed to them when a defense actually showed against them in the SB.
Anything and anyone from the Patsies have always been mediocre at best!!
he's a good cordinator. And the Pats best offensive year was 2007 and Weis wasn't there. So take that into account.
I think alot of it has to do with having one of the all time great QB's to ever play the game. Players make coaches look better than who they are. Romeo and Weiss both left the Pats and BOMBED on their own. Nuff said.

All time great QB's ever??? Brady? With the O-line that guy has had in the past, any of the top 5 QB's in the league at the time could do the same thing. What did he do last night when he was pressured? HE SUCKED!!! Made bad decisions, missed open receivers. Definitely didn't look like a great QB. All time great QB's ever?? I think NOT!
Matt Cassell took over this team last year and looked like a GREAT QB too. Is he?
He's a GOOD QB that's been fortunate enough to play on GREAT teams. That's all.
Hokie if you would have been around any amount of time on this board you would noticed that I spell that word incorrectly for a reason...I never spell it correctly when Im not directly talking about the Dolphins involved in it.
Furthermore, maybe I should also tell you that I never capitalized billicheat or the patriots.....did you notice that as well!? Do I even have to explain why?
Al Groh is much more likely to be on the staff next year. In fact, given the poor performance by our defense this season, I think it's almost a lock that Parcells gets his crony to take over.
