Welker has a motor that doesn't stop. He's one of the toughest competitors I've ever seen. He truly HATES to lose.

Bess has talent, but you just can't compare those 2 right now.

RESPONSE: Some on this board have actually (this year) defended the decision to get rid of Welker way back then.

I did not know if you were headed there also. I did not read your prior posts.

So the "if you" I was utilizing was half way the impersonal form of the "you" such as "if anyone is saying"

RESPONSE: You might be overstating a little bit there. Certainly we can eliminate Ted Ginn. But there were some clutch plays made by Hartline and Camarillo, I don't think Bess has a monopoly on them.

Who really cares? We don't have Welker anymore, we have Bess. I am happy with Bess and I think he will be good enough for this offense once the Fins get a legit deep threat.

And if Welker is so great why didn't San Diego keep him. Nobody knew he was going to be as good as he is now, but saying that, I can't stand him anymore. He plays for the Patriots

So you are not mad that 1) we lost him and 2) he is making all those plays for the Patriots you hate so much?

I would think both would make you all the more furious about the old regime that let him leave.

Was I upset when we lost him? Yea! But I am more upset that we didn't get Brees. Yes he is making all those plays up there in NE. But with the old regime, I don't think he (Welker) would've been used as well as NE has used him.

The only thing I was saying is he's gone. No need to worry about the past. We can't change the past. I would much rather be a Fins fan right now then a Patriot fan.

RESPONSE: Can't say that I disagree with that either.

RESPONSE: On the other hand, there's that those who forget are doomed to repeat it.

And besides, it takes a long time TO HEAL. Particularly, as many wounds as a succession of Dolphin idiot management has caused.
