We suck because we don't have the ability to score quickly. If we don't have 10 minutes then we can't run wildcat down the field in a cloud of dust. We have to depend on our inexperienced quarterback and lackluster receiving core. In critical moments that is costly. Just look at the end of this half and the end of the Colt game.

We suck because we can't convert 3rd and long. Why? See above.

We suck because we can't tackle.

We suck because our special teams keep costing us big plays. If we don't give up the fake punts, we are winning this game now.

We suck because our coach keeps our best pass rusher on the bench.

If it weren't for these things, then we would be awesome. But we are not. We suck.

Having been the one to post, "why we suck...", I must apologise for my temper. I get so damn mad it is almost scary. I actually spit on the tv screen tonight after our defense gave up another easy score. What got me particularly upset is that it just seems that our defense is completely letting our offense down. Tonight our offense refuse to lose. I still can't sleep, but at least I am happy now.

Ronnie, Ricky, and the OL, were awesome ... but Chad henne came out last night. he hit 10 different receivers and made some class throws under pressure.

The opposing teams' defenses are going to have nightmares game planning for us now. The wildcat works, Ronnie and Ricky are spectacular, and now there is a deep threat.

Back to the the emphasis for this thread. The defensive secondary:

1. We need to figure out some improvements for sure

- But did you notice who got beat the most? Will Allen
- Give some credit to Braylon Edwards too. He made some nice catches.

2. He'll make the adjustments, and the rookies will continue to improve

- What would YOU (any of you) do to make our passing defense better?

BTW - I am impressed with how our OL held up against a pretty darn good defense
