I think the defense has to many holes to be dominant and definitely won't be winning games. The offense will have to put up 3 to 4 touchdowns a game to have a successful season which is something they can definitely do.

The prob with the Falcons offense is how many times will White get hit when the Falcons get behind because of there average defense? How do you expect to use Turner to give him 200 plus carries if your behind most of the time? Can Gonzo Stay healthy in his older age, you know getting hit hard over the middle ALOT when they pass to him alot this year?

Week 1 vs Miami then
Carolina
New England

0-3

How is your defense going to stop Ronnie and our new and improved o-line with a suspect rush D? Ginn, Camarillo and Turner with a suspect backfield? Wildcat without a defense like Baltimore?

Running against Carolina? Nope

Stop Brady, Moss & Welker, Fred Taylor etc

Oct 11 @San Francisco 4:05pm
Can get a win here.

Oct 18 Chicago 8:20pm

Jay Cutler & Matt Forte

Oct 25 @Dallas 3:15pm

Roy Williams & Romo

Nov 2 @New Orleans 8:30pm

Drew Brees & Co...

Nov 8 Washington 1:00pm
Possible win

Nov 15 @Carolina 1:00pm
Loss

Nov 22 @N.Y. Giants 1:00pm
Fierce defense and strong running game.

Nov 29 Tampa Bay 1:00pm
Win

Dec 6 Philadelphia 1:00pm
Too many weapons on Offense

Dec 13 New Orleans 1:00pm
Not Drew Again!

Dec 20 @N.Y. Jets 1:00pm
Win

Dec 27 Buffalo 1:00pm
Win
Jan 3 @Tampa Bay
Win

Looks like a long 6-10 season maybe 8-8.

Looking at that schedule i only see 7 wins possibly 2 more resulting in a 7/9 8/8 9/7 record for the falcons. Not going to playoffs like i said earlier!

wow...first of all in 2008 we were ahead in nearly every game

which is why turner ran so much, because we were AHEAD not behind, just so you all do know.

I hate how the reason you guys say you will win is wildcat. It seems like its the only answer you guys can give.

Run against carolina, nope?? You probably missed last season when turner ran for over 120 yards and had 4 tds tying a team record against carolina.

NE will be too much I believe, I give you that

2-1

I just hate how you under estimate the birdz in some of those games you listed...I can't even put it to words

drew and co?? we shut them down completely last time we played

Why don't you guys understand that we came this close to beating the superbowl contending cardinals...we were the team that came closest to beating them besides pittsburgh of course

We are a legit team...legit teams don't go 6-10

Man o man...i can't feel like I can truly even express my frustration over this site

response moved to Miami vs Atlanta thread...

- Cam Wake and Randy Starks were lined up with the 1st-team, “two-minute” defense, a hybrid of the nickel.

Sounds like Cameron is waking up. OLB competition is getting tough. Quentin Moses is also "flashing" as is Anderson and Walden.

edgarthompson-LB Cam Wake handled some first-team reps on the weak side, normally manned by Joey Porter.
