Okay folks I need to ask you all a question?? Do the Phins have more coaches than any other freaking team?? I mean our coaches have assistant coaches and they have associate coaches. I mean we suck this bad and have 50 coaches???
I agree. Just like Big Government......fat tax sucking and full of regulations. Time to streamline it , less restrictions....Too many cooks making the soup. Winds up tasting like bland watered down crap.

I dont get it, I really dont. how the hell do you have this many coaches that completely suck?? I mean shit we will be a juggernaut now that we have the bears oc and ol coach, they were an absolute powerhouse, hey tanny kiss your ass good bye cuz you cant run from the sacks anymore. Poor kid is gonna be beat to death.
Because we have dead coach walking. No one with any experience is going to hitch their wagon to this loser now.
Doug Pederson, first time HC, surrounded himself with experienced coords. Coords with HC experience.
Sean McVay, fist timer, hired a DC with HC experience.
They're both in the playoffs.
Our first time HC thinks he's smarter than everyone in the room. He surrounded himself with a bunch of buddies that had little to no experience. He thinks he can figure it all out on his own.
He'll be shown the door after next year while the others will continue to learn and succeed.

Doug Marrone a guy we interviewed and passed over to get Gase has gotten the Jags in the playoffs. Marrone would have gotten the OL fixed. Im hot right now but I have to remember that Gase got this team to the playoffs in his first year as HC. I like the Washburn hire but still think they need experienced coaches to help w/ schemes on O and D. Burke got his *ss handed to him too many times in 2017 too many times we were in the wrong D, imo.
