It's safe to say that the team is in flux right now. Philbin might have seen some value in a half speed walk through. Maybe Campbell does not, preferring instead something closer to what Tannehill will actually see in a game. Can't fault that logic.

I spoke with a former Dolphins player I know (he was practice squad for awhile on the 53 roster 1 year I believe). He stated that probably the toughest part of being a pro coach is handling the 5-6 players on the team that make significantly more money than you do because in the overall scheme of things, they are higher up in the food change than you.

I don't think that Coach Philbin had that strong personality/leadership to handle the team. Player issues such as Bullygate, Wallace's actions last year, whatever happened at the walk through. All instances of lack of leadership.

When it come to handling personal I never could understand Philbin busting Dan Thhomas publicly for tardiness and all the crap they were hiding from the press regarding Incog. Vontae Davis was a pariah but the whole bullygate affair was ignored. Favortism, different set of rules for some players, back off this guy in practice because he is mediocre and we don't want to hurt his feelings. Who knows tired of this crap.

Im glad he is gone I have never been so pi@@ed with the Phins and we have been thru hard times before.

Let's go coach Campbell.

"STILL not understanding the difference between a "walk thru" and practice. Amazing!"

I have seen practice and drills stated in articles none said walk thru. Saying its a walk thru is speculation imo. I have not seen walk thru in any article yet. Yes I know the difference. Again Campbell's comments too make it appear that more up tempo was neccessary.

I don't think the official nfl web sight would have posted that article if it were full of speculation. They appeared to have waited and gotten more details before posting anything.

This is the second, off the beam attack you have made today, Crowder, the other one involving me, are you sure that that female reference you made to me is not more appropriate to yourself because you appear to me to be acting today just like a woman who is in that time of the month when she is "on the rag" as we said in the ole days.

LOL. It was a Saturday WALK THRU before the game. Do you think they were going full speed to see which PS player was getting called up?

I guess if NFL.com said it, it must be true. grinning smiley Get a clue.

Chyren, I call it as I see it... If the board wants to degrade to crap, I am at least going to point it out... It cuts both ways...

Joe you got that dumb ass arrogant because I say so attitude. Rosenthal reported first and yes referred to the Herald. Breer waited collected more information and that's pretty much the story I (capital) give the most credibilty to. My opiniom\n. You get all hostile and moist when someone ele post their opinion. You want to treat everything you post as fact and unchallengable.

I still hold my position that Tanne initiated this incident and the practice squad was right. What I have read from coach Campbell he agrees w/ the practice squad players. Tanne does need to step up up and get his **** together. This is his fourth season and he is still underperforming. That is a fact. He does not gain anyones confidence when sories like this get out.

Hey Im not in misery but am tired of what this team has been producing. Maybe you can live w/ mediocrity supposed you are used to it but I cannot and as I mentioned before am pissed with this entire Phin team including the qb.
