Date: April 24, 2015 12:22PM As Dolph said, they are doing the renovation in 2 phases.. Believe it or not, phase one will be done by start of preseason... And then next offseason they will do phase 2 consisting of the roof/canopy project for the most part... It will be done, the penalties to the construction company who is doing the project would be so severe if they didn't finish it would most likely end or bankrupt the company.. Mr Ross is a developer, this is his forte, developing and constructing projects.. His partner in Related Jorge Perez, is so connected to the dev,construction down here locally, that there is absolutely no way this project gets delayed. It would be a huge embarrassment to Related Group, that everyone would know about due to the public nature of the project... It would hurt their brand severely, which they would do anything to protect,(at all cost)..
