wow, from that group it really looks like we need a WR. we've got 3 guys who have caught an nfl pass---other than stills landry matthews, we've got a small school late round pick and 2 guys I've never heard of. I'd say WR is a top 2 need---even if we end up signing a guy like crabtree or jennings.

I'd take WR in the 1st if one of the top 3 are there, if not then BPA. We can really use OG, CB, safety, MLB, DT, pass rusher. if no WR at 14 then that means someone of those positions who is not supposed to be there, will be.

Here are some of the guys I think have a good chance of being drafted as a Dolphin:

CB: Marcus Peters, Washington, Eric Rowe, Utah
DB: Deshazor Everett, Texas A&M

ILB: Denzel Perryman, Miami. Benardrick McKinney, Mississippi State, Ramik Wilson, Georgia

WR: DaVante Parker, Louisville, Phillip Dorsett, Miami

OL: TJ Clemmings, Pittsburgh

TE: Blake Bell, Oklahoma

QB: Garrett Grayson, Colorado State, Connor Halliday, Washington State

Dorsett is straight line speed guy. Rt can't throw deep so I don't see us taking him

I don't really see it as a "sad" situation.

As of right now, I think our biggest need is LG & CB but I don't know that I would address those spots at 14.

At WR, the only position not replaced is Brian Hartline's spot. He contributed about as much as a backup WR in 2014 so how much are we really missing? I think Cameron is an upgrade to Clay. Still's is talented enough to exceed anything Wallace has produced in Miami. I think he should continue his improvement in year 3. He had more yards than Wallace last year and he was the #3 and #4 option in NOLA. Now he becomes the #1 or #2 so he should have more opportunities to score.

We still have Landry who should also build on a strong rookie season. All 3 are more than capable of producing 1,000 yards. Add in a talented, faster, physical receiver like Parker who is an excellent fit as a split end and that would push us over the top in the next step to becoming a top offense.

As far as DT....I think Mitchell will be freed up this year to make plays. The issue is we really have no idea what we have in AJ Francis and Anthony Johnson. Francis is a big man at 6'5 320 and fits as more of a run stuffing 4-3 NT. Johnson is more of a 3-tech.

Without having a 3rd round pick we are limited. It will be tough to draft a LB or DT in the first two days.

I don't see LB as a huge need. It seems the Dolphins staff are arguing over who should be MLB. Coaches want Misi, Personnel guys want Sheppard.

Top 3 priorities....CB, LG & WR

@ArmandoSalguero

I ask GM Dennis Hickey who starting CBs are... Hamana hamana hamana answer. Team needs a starting CB.
