Have we finally figure out how to use Tannehill? The last 3 games have been pretty decent

Right on Dolphins! I couldn't watch a thing. Sure needed this win. Not just for the team, but the fan base as well. From what I'm reading it must have been sweet to see! Can't wait to watch some highlights smileys with beer

Yeah. Where are the calls to fire Philbin or bench Tanny?

You'll hear those calls again during the course of the season.

The read option with Tannehill running the ball in the first series opened things up in a big way. It kept the defense guessing all day. The play calling was unpredictable and the defense were on their heals all afternoon. FINALLY, JP figuring it out! I just hope they don't abandon this style. Although soon, teams are going to stop crashing the DE inside on these plays to stop RT from running. His runs usually end up as long ones where the RB usually ends up with 5-8 yards. Loving this offense right now though! Give Tannehill some freedom to make plays and run the ball. It get's him pumped and show what he can be.

Another good game plan decision by JP and Coyle was to stay in the nickel and/or to run the speed package. The SLB spot was barely on the field. Wheeler played only 11 snaps. Trusnik at SLB played 11 snaps. Misi played 38 snaps. Jenkins led the group with 54 snaps. He never left the field. getting Wheeler off the field was the best decision. Lets keep it that way.

Mike Pouncey was horrendous at RG. I'm not sure if it's rust or just a bad move. Satele was ok but I can't help but wonder if there is a better formula to get the best 5 on the field.

Because the players executed on offense and defense yesterday, we got into a lead and were able to keep it.

The game plan worked because the players made things happen.

The lead kept us away from having to make last second coaching decisions, and area that we have trouble with. Philbin didn't have to make any desperation calls yesterday.

I'll give him credit for working a viable game plan with 'da Bears. But, one positive doesn't overcome a long history of negatives.

If the man has learned something, I'm happy for him. If he can turn things around because of it, that's fine with me. Doing a good job and winning--that's the bottom line.

They needed to let tannehill loose. And they did.

I think they are on to something.

The article at the other end of the link is all I got Bob. Maybe Dolph will get some better details from the local papers in Chicago.

RE: Agree, the players took care of their responsibilities on the field and made plays when they were there...if they do that week in, and week out, we win quite a few more games and we start having the close games like Green Bay go our way.

The team has the talent to do great things. Just gotta take care of things on the field every week. I can't wait until the off season and the draft to see how they improve the roster even more. That said, though. I HOPE we've turned the corner this season and will reel off a string of quality wins leading us to the playoffs.

We played a hell of a game. I can't remember many games in recent years where we lead from beginning to end. The oline played great. I haven't seen us run the ball that well in a long time

I wonder what the people praising marshall are thinking now?

He disappears in big games.

Marshall my friend is a dam bust.

Miller has been looking good, Thomas and Williams not bad either

Marshall is a bust? really? That is laughable.

I do like Williams the RB. Thomas has looked better since being cut and brought back.
