The Real deal Tannehill looks like a leader in the huddle talking to his peers.

Its about that time.

Game is only a few minutes away.

So far both teams have to punt....Dolphins have the ball on their own 10 yard line.

Odrick with the sack the dolphins defense looks good stopping the run so far.

Dallas Thomas was having a tough game going against McCoy...

Same old Dolphins... *sigh*

Why do I get my hopes up every year? This defense couldn't stop Saint Mary's School for the Blind from scoring. :-(

And Dallas Thomas probably wouldn't even start for St. Mary's School for the Blind.

I'm basing my projection on the past 15 years + the second preseason game. :-)

The best think you can say about this o-line so far, is that at least they haven't given up 6 sacks already.

Base it on the last 15 years all you want, can't argue with that, but the 2nd preseason game is a bit ridiculous IMO... i think the run blocking looks a little suspect and the line backers don't look so sharp.. The passing game is showing signs of flash both 2nd team and first team... Dallas Thomas is having a rough go at it tonight at RG... But we are running base offense and defense with no real game plan... Mixing players in and out all over the field.... it is a glorified practice....

Ellerbe is garbage, we should just cut him and Wheeler now... we'd do just as well playing with 1 LB and 6 DB's.

A *little* suspect? Last stat I heard, we had like 9 carries for -5 yards. That's beyond "a little suspect" IMO.

Misi wasn't anywhere around the ball either on the plays I was watching him... Jordan looks like his extra weight and muscle has slowed down his game....either that or he is nursing some type of leg injury...

5-9 in 3rd down efficiency.. 207 passing yards in the first half. Held them to 143 total yards... We aren't looking that bad for a preseason game...

Grimes is the Shit. thumbs up

Hte to see Tanny leave on a bad note without being able to redeem himself........

Moore looked much better. thumbs up

Gibson might not be the #1 receiver , but he is easily the most reliable.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

here's what I took from that game.

dallas Thomas and mike Wallace suck.

if the phins could find someone dumb enough to take Wallace's contract I'd trade him. he's a one trick vastly overpaid pony that has horrible hands.

hartline, landry, Gibson, Matthews, Williams...all of them catch it with their hands and fight for a ball.

I also like the RB Williams. I can't see Daniel Thomas making the team. Another failed Ireland draft day trade.

As bad as Dallas Thomas looked as a whole, it was nice to see Tanne be able to sit in the pocket a few times. Nowhere near the jail breaks we saw last year.

Wheeler - Gone.

Misi - Average

Get Tripp some first team reps next game with Mise and Ellerbe on the outside.

Moore could easily start for several teams in the league. We're lucky to have him.

Agree Ellerbe & Wheeler seem like bad overpaid Jeff Ireland additions. Give Tripp the job go get Burnett and and watch for other releases

I doubt we have Thomas back, another wasted high draft pick

I don't know if it was a bad signing, but he was definitely grossly over paid... I wouldn't worry about Wallace, he will get his and is great to have on the team... At the cost of 65 million, well, that is another story... I imagine he will have a good year 1000 yards and 8- 10 TDs... However, now when we have such a strong WR corp that money will look even more out of whack...

Hartline, Mathews, Landry, all of them get covered by a lesser guy because Wallace is on the field... A safety doesn't roll to their side or double coverage because Wallace is on the field... And Wallace gets all of that and still has to produce.. He is overpaid but he is an asset on our team beyond a doubt..

I agree. He makes everyone around him that much better because he is on the field and needs to be accounted for.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
