TCP I respect your position but no one condemned Incog for using the N word. It went beyond that. As far as the N word Pouncey and Jerry were more reprehensible. As for Vick those who love dogs will always hate him. I never liked him to start w/ so I'm indifferent.

Really? What Planet were you on the past 4-5 months?

That's true Mizzou. The Wells report didn't make a big issue out of Incognito using the N word. But there was a national uproar over his using it in that voice mail Martin's camp leaked.
Don't you remember the players defending Incognito as an "honorary" black guy?
In the end it turned out to be nothing. But that didn't keep the media from making a big issue of it for a few weeks when it was unfolding.
exactly there was as much support for Incog regarding that as negative press. My position is Inco is not some martyr who was persecuted for using the N word. The psychopath had a history since Nebraska and the source of my dislike for the guy is he was a major point of our dysfunctional olin.

Not talking about the report. Ever since this thing broke the main reference has been the focus on some tweets Iggy made to J Martin calling him the "N" word. Or a Half "N". So much so they are talking at this very moment at the NFL conference in Orlando about banning the word between any player on the field or practice, no matter the race of the person. The "N" word is a polarizing thing for the media and they latch on to it especially when its in writing like white on rice.
U r right about that TCP. Just like when a black player does something stupid and it makes headlines for weeks, years (see Vick). That is what you get for being stupid. I have no sympathy for stupid especially when it prevents us fom winning. Incog and his idiot buddies did prevent us from winning by not focusing on getting the maximum effort out of our oline.
The tweets were also focused on his families and the idiot is still tweeting ....

I hear you , and I mean no disrespect when I talk about the "N" word and I hope I don't come off like Its No big Thang. When the "N" word is used in a way as to demean or in a ignorant callous way it is a big thing especially when used by high paid educated Professionals and maybe that is 1 good thing to come from all this.
I just think Iggys use of it , as evidenced by the entire Locker Room , was taken way out of context by J. Martin and The Media.
