Honestly,

I am not that impressed with him...especially his performance in the playoffs. He mounted a comeback and beat the chiefs...but fell flat on his face in he following Game against the pats.

I really like tanny's upside. He has got very good skills and has the ability to surpass luck as a qb in this league...
I am interested to see how Tannehill responds with a new OC.

Luck was LUCKY to win that last game. He choked bad against the Pats. I still think he will be great , however just kep it in mind when you quickly Judge Tannehill with a MUCH MUCH inferior Oline , and coaches.

luck is head and shoulders above the rest of his draft class. he single handedly carried that team to a playoff win.

sure he made mistakes but he compesated for them.

i'd still take he and tanny over kaep and wilson because at some point you need your qb to carry the team with his arm. carolina found that out sunday.

You are losing the story in the math. The story is right there. Luck, a traditional pocket QB has rushed 63 times to Tannehill's only 39 times. Which I guess shows that Tanne is really, really, really, really being kept in the pocket. And I wonder how many of those 39 times were only as a result of him being flushed out of the pocket instead of designed run or even run option plays.

And yes, holic if you look at those names including Terrelle Pryor, Geno Smith and Cam Newton, yes, some fundamental change in the type of quarterback is coming about in the NFL.
