I dont think you get rid of coaches and players over one game, but you do need to use that huge cap at the end of the year to start buying talent. Time to buy a team, and if you cant do that right then fire the coaches and the managers.
We are becoming the team that just mid pack and really not advancing, it will be a long time before we see the SB, maybe never in my lifetime, its just the way it is.

Dude you are talking life time? I hope you are at least 75 then... Kansas City Chiefs went from the worst team to the best record in the league in one year... It just takes the right combination... We have a lot of good players, we just have holes... The right Gm and coach could quickly turn this team around IMO... We are nothing like we were in 2007.... Had we drafted a tackle in the first or resigned Jake Long, Fasano and Bush, we are probably a solid play off team this year....
I still think we have a shot at going above .500... Even with the the worst offensive tackles in football....

for a "big" back D Thomas goes down on the first hit and always falls backwards instead of forward. stop giving him the ball in short yardage (or at all, for that matter)

dolphin makes a good point about "bunching up" the O line and then having the running back get the ball five yards behind the line of scrimmage.
